Full-time master of education is the reserve talent of high-level basic education teachers.The quality of master of education training is related to the construction of basic education teachers and also affects the process of realizing the goal of building a strong socialist modern country.Educational practice is a process of further consolidating the professional thought and strengthening the teaching practice ability of the master of education.The internship satisfaction of full-time master of education not only reflects the internship quality of full-time master of education,but also influences their career choice and teacher’s career emotion.Therefore,it is practical and necessary to conduct a survey on the internship satisfaction of master of full-time education and put forward some Suggestions to improve the internship satisfaction.Starting from the perspective of student satisfaction,according the theory of higher education service quality and customer satisfaction theory and stakeholder theory to construct the theoretical analysis framework.The questionnaire on the internship satisfaction of master of full-time education,which was compiled by myself,was conducted on 351 full-time master of education students in chongqing who had participated in the internship.Collecting internship satisfaction evaluation data,using spss 25.0 analysis of the results of the survey.The results show that the internship satisfaction of full-time master of education is good on the whole,but there is also a poor performance of satisfaction.The main performance is: poor service satisfaction in colleges and universities,low support satisfaction in internship schools,and urgent improvement of internship harvest satisfaction.The research shows that the college internship program is not clear and the internship goal is vague.The university practice preparation work is insufficient,the practice arrangement lacks the rationality;The guidance strength of college instructors is insufficient and the interaction betweenteachers and students is poor.The way of supervision in colleges and universities is not perfect and lacks humanization.The evaluation method of practice is not scientific and can not test practice effect well.The internship school does not pay attention to the intern,and ignores the implementation of each link of the internship;Internship arrangement does not meet the actual ability and needs of students;The effectiveness of the guidance of the guidance teacher in the internship school is insufficient;Interns’ attitude is not correct,expectations are too high or too low,and positioning is not correct;Interns are not fully prepared,lack of professional ability and impetuous mentality;The practice of educational investigation is neglected and the improvement of educational research ability is insufficient.Poor reflection,limited ability to improve,and large psychological gap are the reasons for poor internship satisfaction.Colleges and universities should scientifically orientate the practice goal and perfect the practice plan.Colleges and universities should strengthen the preparatory work before the internship and arrange various affairs reasonably.The guiding teachers in colleges and universities should establish the sense of responsibility and strengthen the community of teachers and students.Colleges and universities should strengthen the cooperation with practice schools and optimize the supervision methods.Colleges and universities should enrich the evaluation index of practice and optimize the evaluation system of practice.Internship schools should actively accept interns and attach importance to the implementation of each link of the internship.The internship contents arranged by the internship school should meet the needs of interns and be student-oriented.In order to improve the effectiveness of the guidance,the guidance teachers in the practice schools should guide the interns in a flexible manner.Students should have correct attitude,keep moderate expectation to practice,and position themselves accurately.Students should lay a solid foundation and improve teachers’ professional quality before practice.Students should attach importance to educational investigation practice and enhance their research ability.Students should reflect comprehensively through a variety of ways to improve teaching methods and concepts.
