In order to meet the development of China's economy and society as well as the continuous requirements of the labor market for application-oriented and high-level talents,since 2009,the enrollment scale of full-time professional master's degree students(hereinafter referred to as professional master's degree students)in Chinese colleges and universities has been increasing year by year.In order to guarantee the cultivation quality of professional master's students,especially the cultivation of practical ability and ability to solve practical problems,many colleges and universities have explored the school-enterprise linkage mechanism,and the new talent cultivation mechanism of integrating school-oriented and work-oriented learning has emerged and spread among colleges and universities.Then,is this mechanism conducive to the cultivation of students' practical ability and ability to solve practical problems? In the internship context,what knowledge and skills are transferred from which schools? What is the process of learning transfer?In order to solve the above problem,this study of situational learning theory,Schon nearly far migration of reflective practice theory and learning theory as the foundation,with a representative of a certain university of social sciences and engineering at the university of professional master's level 2017 as the research object,Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of internship situation learning and the differences of school learning.Secondly,it adopts the method of synthetic case study to explore the content and process of learning transfer in the internship situation.In the process of transfer,it differentiates the two types of near transfer and far transfer.Research findings:(1)The content of learning transfer is divided into two categories: in the internship situation,professional master's students learn to transfer knowledge and ability.Knowledge includes basic theoretical knowledge and professional theoretical knowledge,and ability includes hands-on ability,problem solving ability,academic ability,interpersonal communication,quick learning ability,stress tolerance and other core abilities.(2)The process of learning transfer can be divided into two types: near transfer and far transfer.The process of near transfer includes two stages: understanding new situation,identifying and extracting relevant knowledge and experience,and applying them directly.The process of remote transfer is complex,and it is difficult for graduate students to understand the new situation.Therefore,relevant knowledge and experience reproduced cannot directly solve work problems,but need to be transformed and integrated with other knowledge and ability.(3)By comparing the process of near transfer and far transfer,it can be concluded that there are certain differences between them in understanding new situations,identifying and extracting relevant knowledge and experience,and applying and transforming knowledge.(4)The situational learning theory,this study Schon reflective practice nearly far migration theory and learning theory of integration and change,it is concluded that professional graduate internship context theory framework of learning transfer mechanism: professional master's will launch a class in school to get knowledge,skills,and abilities,learning transfer to the practice situation,interact with practice situation occurred near migration and far migration process,and the situation to promote and inspection,to achieve "general knowledge" in the action and reflection in the "action".
