Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students Labor Education From The Perspective Of Marxism’s Labor View

Labor education is an important part of the education system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of the new era,labor education is one of the concepts of "five educations".The study of labor education can not be separated from the study of Marxism’s labor concept.Marxism has a profound exposition of the nature of Labor,Labor status,labor value,labor form,etc.,it is of great significance to guide the development of college students’ labor education.Therefore,to implement Labor education,we must fully implement the party’s educational policy,adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,apply Marxism’s labor view to the implementation process of labor education,and bring Labor education into the whole process of talent training,run through to the society,the school,the family each aspect,trains the moral,the physique art and Labor Comprehensive Development Socialism builder and the successor.On the basis of the existing research results,this paper takes Marxism’s Labor view as the ideological foundation,takes the Special Group of college students as the research object,and combines the characteristics of the times,carries on the research to the college students’ labor education,thus promoting the progress of labor education,to improve the quality of talent cultivation,to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice,to achieve its all-round development.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is to sort out the meaning and characteristics of college students’ labor education.The second part is the analysis of the theoretical basis and significance of Labor Education for the status quo analysis,to provide theoretical support.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of college students’ labor education,not only analyzes the existing problems,but also explores the causes of the problems,paving the way for the countermeasures.The fourth part mainly expounds the coping strategies of labor education.Under the guidance of Marxism’s Labor view,it puts forward coping strategies from four aspects: Society,school,family and individual,it is conducive to further carrying out the party’s educational policy and the spirit of the National Education Congress,carrying out the basic requirements of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,promoting the progress of quality education,and realizing the all-round development of college students.
