Research On The Cultivation Of Junior Middle School Students’ Labor Outlook In The New Era

The concept of labor is people’s general view and fundamental understanding of labor.A correct view of labor helps people form a correct understanding of labor,know how to respect labor and working people,cherish the results of labor,and invest in hard work,honest work and innovative work with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The new era has given us a new connotation of the concept of labor.At the same time,it has given us a new mission to take labor education as the foundation,and to cultivate new people of the era who can develop morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and industrially in an all-round way and be able to assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized “Integrate labor education into the whole process of talent training,and connect all school sections,families,schools and all aspects of society”.Junior high school students are in a critical period of the formation of the concept of labor.Guiding them to establish a correct concept of labor is not only an important measure to promote their all-round development,but also an urgent need to realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,this paper takes junior high school students in the new era as the research object,and studies the current situation and cultivation of junior high school students’ labor outlook.In the new era,junior high school students have deviation in labor cognition,utilitarianism of labor values,insufficient cultivation of labor spirit,and anomie labor behavior.The main reasons are unclear status of labor education,one-sided implementation of goals,fragmented content,and lack of carrier selection culture.Therefore,the cultivation of the labor outlook of junior middle school students in the new era must adhere to the principles of combining content with carrier,universality with pertinence,inheritance with innovation,and long-term with phased,focusing on cultivating correct labor concepts,new era labor spirit,correct labor dynamics,good labor habits and necessary labor capabilities,so as to cultivate a large number of people who understand labor Builders and successors who love and can work.In order to achieve this goal,we must conduct in-depth analysis and research on the relevant measures that families,schools and society have taken to cultivate the labor outlook of contemporary junior high school students,develop strengths and circumvent weaknesses,deeply grasp the cultivation concept of the labor outlook,constantly clarify the cultivation ideas and patterns,comprehensively optimize the cultivation measures of the labor outlook,and constantly enhance the timeliness,effectiveness,synergy and security of the cultivation of the labor outlook.Guided by the cultivation concept of labor outlook in the new era,we should break through the difficulties in the implementation of labor education and improve the cultivation system of labor outlook;In the process of cultivating the concept of labor,we should give play to the fundamental role of individuals,the basic role of families,the leading role of schools and the auxiliary role of society,and build an integrated educational pattern;Gather the strength of individuals,families,schools and society to establish a diversified practice platform,and organize students to carry out labor practice purposefully and in a planned way,so as to let the labor concept enter the mind and the labor spirit enter the heart;Improve the scientific evaluation system,guide reflection with evaluation,and nurture innovation with reflection.
