This paper takes Jila Village of Chuxiong Prefecture as an example,and participates in the discussion of the sociology of rural development.Through combing the development process of Jila Village,it presents the specific practice of the external and internal forces of Jila Village in different periods.Since the disadvantages of exogenous forces in rural development have emerged,exogenous development has always been criticized.The research in this paper shows that the first exogenous forces have a certain guiding role in the development of villages,especially away from Jila Village.It is particularly important for remote communities in the farm product sales market and production factor supply market to integrate endogenous resources and effectively play the role of external forces;under different historical backgrounds,geographical environments and resource endowments,there should be different village development models.Avoid falling into a blind xenophobia.The second endogenous development emphasizes that development must rely on local resources,with farmers as the main body of development,and is less operable in the development practice of Jila Village.What kind of resources does Jila Village rely on for development and how to mobilize villagers to participate? Problems to be solved urgently in order to promote the development of Jila Village.The third new endogenous development requires the integration of internal and external forces and the reconstruction of the villagers’ cultural consciousness and self-confidence to achieve the overall development of the village.Under the double recognition of two development discourses of exogenous and endogenous styles,the village of Jila develops rural tourism based on the characteristic culture of the people.Does the village of Jila move towards thedevelopment of new endogenous sources? Behind its feasibility and comprehensive benefit analysis,What kind of reality and obstacles to development path are hidden.Through the practical exploration of the development model of Jila Village,the following conclusions are drawn: the key to the positive function of the exogenous force is to match the actual situation of the village;depending on what local resources are developed and how to mobilize the participation of the villagers is the endogenous development The core content;effectively linking endogenous resources and external forces to meet market demand and promote the overall development of people and villages is the meaning of new internal development.This article hopes to enrich the research path of combining internal and external development,and at the same time provide a new perspective for rural revitalization and the development of minority villages.
