With the development of economic globalization,the internationalization of higher education has taken root and has became an inevitable trend in the development of higher education in China.In September 2016,based on "The Opinions on the Work of the Opening-up of Education in the New Era" and "Survey on the Internationalization Development of Higher Education in China",China higher education internationalization evaluation indicators came into being,and the development of higher education internationalization has been affected more and more attention.As an important part of higher education,China private higher education also developed rapidly during this period.Therefore,to strengthen the theoretical and practical research on the international development of private universities in China,to analyze the problems and challenges encountered in the process of internationalization of private higher education,and to provide relevant policy suggestions and development ideas.This is a great significance for exploring the international development of Chinese private universities,establishing a scientific and effective management mechanism,and giving play to the positive role of private universities in the internationalization development of higher education in China.This paper takes X-College as the research object,through literature review and case study,combined with related research theories,explained the status,problems and shortcoming of the internationalization development of the university,analyze the reason,analyze and study the international development experience of universities at home and abroad,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the internationalization development of the university.
