In the training of Chinese women basketball reserve talents,the U15 age group is a crucial stage;it is of great significance to connect the preceding with the following.Athletes in the U15 age group,physical and psychological development is not yet mature,there are still many physical qualities in the sensitive period of development,it is a critical period for physical quality training and basic technical training,do a good job in this stage of physical quality training and basic technical training,it is of great significance to its future growth and development.In this study,we take 164 athletes from 14 teams participated in the U15 women’s basketball preliminaries of the national high level reserve talent base in 2018 as an example,using the methods of literature,expert evaluation,measurement,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,according to the teaching syllabus of Chinese youth basketball training,test and analyze their physical fitness and basic technology,understand the physical quality and basic technical level of U15 women basketball players in China,analyze the correlation between physical fitness,basic skills and competition results,identify deficiencies and make reasonable suggestions,it will provide reference and basis for coaches of this age to arrange physical quality and basic technical training more reasonably in the future,improve their physical quality and technical level,improve their competitive level in an all-round way,At the same time,it can also provide a scientific basis for the selection and training of reserve talents of Chinese women’s basketball team.The results of this study are as follows:1.The 3 / 4 accelerated running and 1 min sit up test of U15 women basketball players in Chinareached a good level;the 15 m × 17 turn back runs and double swing rope skipping tests reached the passing level;The test of touch height and standing long jump of run-up single leg take-off is not good.2.All four basic skills of U15 women basketball players in China have reached the passing level,the result of hexagon movement and multi-point comprehensive passing and receiving is good,the result of the whole field comprehensive dribbling and back shooting is poor;According to the result of technical evaluation,the standardization of multi-point comprehensive passing and receiving,backward shooting and comprehensive dribbling and layup is strong,and the hexagon movement is qualified.3.The team ranked first in overall view has better physical quality and solid grasp of basic technology.The results of physical quality test,basic technology test and technical evaluation are ranked first.4.There is a strong positive correlation between the physical quality,basic skills and the competition results of U15 women basketball players in China.Through the research,the following conclusions are obtained:1.There are great differences in the performance of the physical quality of U15 women basketball players in China,and the development of different physical quality is not balanced,among which the fastest speed sprint ability,waist and abdomen strength and overall coordination ability are better,the speed endurance and sensitivity quality are general,the lower limb strength,lower limb explosive power and body coordination ability are poor;2.The basic skills of U15 women basketball players in China are not solid enough,the skills of passing,receiving and shooting are good,but they can not control and deal with the ball well in the movement,the stability of shooting is obviously insufficient,and the hit rate is low;the footstep movement ability and the movement ability of combining the ball are obviously inadequate,which needs to be standardized and improved;3.The development of physical quality and basic technology of different teams is not balanced,and the results of physical quality and basic technology test are quite different.4.The physical quality and basic skills of U15 women basketball players in China have a direct impact on the performance of the game.Improving the physical quality and basic skills is helpful to improve the performance of the game. |
