Study On The Teacher Professional Development On The Basis Of The Internet-based Instructional Research

With the continuous development of the curriculum reform, the issue of Teacher Professional Development has been attched more and more importance. As a pivotal tool for advancing the teacher professional development, Instructional research, with the implementation of New Curriculum , has been on the way to the sustaining promotion. In the era of "Informtion at Your Finger Tip" ,the combination of the Instructional research and internet has fully taken advantage of Website,Blog and BBS to boost the development of teachers' self-reflection,peer assistance and professional instruction. Therefore ,the internet-based Instructional research becomes the indispensible way for teacher professional development in the time of informationization.The dissertation consists of four parts:The first part of the dissertation mainly discusses the basic theory of the internet-based Instructional research. The definition and the characteristics of the internet-based Instructional research as well as its theoretical resaurce has been analyzed in this part so as to systematically expound the internet-based Instructional research from the theoretical perspective.The second part of this dissertation elaborates three main ways to carry out the internet-based Instructional research and respectively analyzes their significance to the teacher professional development.The Third part of the dissertation constructs the running mechanism of teacher professional development on the basis of internet-based Instructional research by employing three practical methods thereof after analyzing teachers'self-reflection,peer assistance and professional instruction.The fourth part of the dissertation set forth the prospects of the internet-based Instructional research and brings forward some measures on how to better develop the internet-based Instructional research. The measures include but not limited to the establishment of the system, the enhancement of the management and evaluation as well as the contribution of the technology.
