With the new Curriculum Standard putting forward the word "core literacy",this word has been a research hotspot in recent years,and what kind of abilities middle school mathematics teachers based on core literacy should have is also a hot topic.As an important part of teachers' professional structure,the level of professional teaching ability is directly related to teachers' teaching effect,especially teachers in compulsory education stage,and then affects students' core accomplishment.After combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this study finds that there is quite a lot of research on core literacy,teachers' specialization and teachers' professional ability at home and abroad,but few researches have explored teachers' professional development and professional teaching ability from the perspective of core literacy.Therefore,in order to achieve the educational goal of cultivating students' core literacy in the new curriculum standard,it is particularly important to clarify the cultivation of professional teaching ability of middle school mathematics teachers.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.This part introduces the background and significance of the research,research questions,methods and ideas.Part ?: Literature review.This part defines the concepts related to the professional teaching ability of middle school mathematics teachers based on core literacy,and expounds the literature review of core literacy and teacher professionalization.Part ?: Research and design.Through literature analysis,it is found that teachers' professional teaching ability not only needs the guidance of professional knowledge and professional theory,but also is closely related to the rest of teachers' professional structure.Therefore,on the basis of referring to the suggestions on professional development of middle school mathematics teachers in the new curriculum standards,this study designed and compiled a questionnaire and an interview outline,and studied the present situation of the professional development of middle school mathematics teachers as a whole.The questionnaire is divided into two parts: the basic information of teachers and the status quo of professional development,and the second part is subdivided into five dimensions-guided by ideas,improving professional level,general literacy,mathematics professional literacy,mathematics education theory literacy and professional teaching ability.The overall reliability of the questionnaire is 0.914,which was not bad.Part ? : Analysis of the survey results.Through online questionnaire survey and offline interview,it is found that the current middle school mathematics teachers have shortcomings in the following aspects: understanding the contents of higher mathematics related to middle school mathematics,and looking at middle school mathematics from a higher perspective;Studying educational works and paying attention to the frontier of mathematics education development;Clarifying the curriculum objectives;Reflecting on education and teaching;And the application of blank art in teaching[The "teaching blank art" in this paper refers to: teachers stimulate students' interest in learning and give students a clever setting in teaching.],the difficulty in maintaining the "freshness" of teachers' work,and the mastery of the classroom.Part ?: Suggestions on improving the professional teaching ability of middle school mathematics teachers.In view of the above shortcomings,this study puts forward the following suggestions from two aspects of theory and practice: theoretical aspects: reading works related to education,improving theoretical literacy,paying attention to the forefront of mathematics education development,promoting the thought to keep pace with the times,learning advanced mathematics content related to middle school mathematics,raising the height of looking at middle school mathematics and studying curriculum standards,and always clarifying training objectives and requirements;In practice,we should improve the frequency of teaching reflection,promote self-growth,apply the art of teaching blank,improve the ability of teaching creation,pay attention to teaching and educating people gradually,keep working enthusiasm,pay attention to teaching from specific knowledge to ideological logic gradually,carry out in-depth teaching,strengthen classroom grasp and achieve people-oriented.Part ?: Concluding remarks.This part mainly summarizes this research and looks forward to it.
