In recent years,China has promulgated several development plans for preschool education and special education,which clearly put forward to guarantee children’s equal right to education with the goal of more fair and quality education.Integrated education is a practical form of implementing the plan and running the garden according to the idea.It has practical value to explore the experience of the first explorers.Therefore,based on the integration education practice of Q kindergarten in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province in the past 20 years,the research clarifies its development mechanism and tries to show the multi-dimensional context of the integration education of Kindergarten Based form.This study takes Q kindergarten as a case,traces the changes of the participants through in-depth interviews,and presents the concept ecology corresponding to the action logic,such as the kindergarten head,kindergarten teachers,parents of children with special needs,ordinary parents,etc.In the process of recalling typical events and solving practical problems in the process of running a garden,the exploration in the practice of running a garden is presented in multiple dimensions.Q kindergarten is one of the earliest integrated education kindergartens in China,and the level of running a kindergarten is also in a leading position.Through the presentation and analysis of the process of integrated education,it is concluded that the essential preconditions for kindergarten to successfully carry out integrated education are as follows: firm educational feelings of entrepreneurial team;high-quality home cooperation;good social public opinion environment;adequate funding guarantee;support of relevant laws and policies.However,integrated education,as the first choice to achieve education equity,is a comprehensive practice process,and it will meet all kinds of tests from spiritual concept to practical problem-solving.Therefore,in addition to the main body of the school,the participation of families,communities,non-governmental organizations and the government is indispensable for the successful implementation of the educational ideal of integrated education and educational equity.Only by making joint efforts to build a tolerant and inclusive society,can we effectively promote the development of integrated education,so as to truly achieve educational equity.
