| Talent is the fundamental and lifeblood of the development to an enterprise in software service industry,and also it is the core competitiveness.Personnel training is not only the sponsor of enterprise business growth and expansion,but also the way to raise the competitiveness of the industry.With the advance of global informatization,competition in the Internet economy is fierce increasingly.Higher requirements on the quality and level of talents is necessary for business growth and company’s scale expansion continuously.Knowledge-intensive is an important characteristic to a software service enterprise,how to make the organize more efficiency,better cultivate professional talents,and motivate the employees to play a real value-added role is an urgent problem we need to solve urgently.This paper takes BYS company as an example,and uses the literature induction method to summarize the ideas and concepts and mechanism of talent training for domestic and abroad,providing a theoretical basis for the discussion.A questionnaire survey method was adopted to understand the attitude of BYS employees to the cultivation of corporate talents training,and to clarify the current strategies for BYS talent cultivation.The case analysis method is used to study specific cases of BYS’s employee position management methods,expert talent selection,various cultivation plans of staff,and analyze the main problems of talent training,such as unclear goals of training talents,a single practice method,the low conversion rate of personnel training,and the assessment mechanism is not perfect,etc.,and puts forward reasonable optimization measures for the problems.Based on the current situation investigation and problem analysis,corresponding solutions are put forward,and the BYS company’s talent training system will be further optimized from following aspects: improving the training system,perfecting safeguards,and improving the incentive mechanism.To make the talent training mechanism more consistent with the strategic goals of BYS.Enterprise can take some actions such as: skills training,knowledge sharing,teacher guidance,rotational and etc.to let the employees achieve continuous improvement and meet the needs for the current position and in the future.Which can help to improve the work performance of employees,further enhance the level of productivity,and ultimately achieving the overall efficiency of the enterprise.From the perspective of analyzing the characteristics of talents in the software service industry and the existing training model,this paper constructs a targeted and tailored training and optimization plan,which provides new ideas for talent training in the software service industry,so that BYS company talents can obtain rapid development and growth in the company,while providing a reference for other software service companies. |
