Application Research Of Companies Involved Project Teaching Method For Software Talent Training

At present, the "Talent Paradox" is a common phenomenon,which means it’s difficult for the software companies to recruit people, on the other hand, finding a job for graduates is also difficult. Graduates cannot meet the software enterprises’demand for talent. Given the many shortcomings that current College of Software Engineering training model exists, how to reform the software professional training mode, to meet the demand for talent of the software industry, is a problem to be solved. It is also a major issue for human resource management in the software company. Combined with the actual situation of enterprise personnel training, this paper studies the optimization of project teaching method for software talents education based on the enterprise’s participation.in order to solve the human resource management problems in the software company, Dissentation summarizes the current situation of the software talent-training mode and the enterprise needs, and presents an effective method for project teaching based on the enterprise’s participation.This paper designs the framework of project teaching based on the enterprise’s participation, which includes process design, project selection, instructional design, teaching evaluation, the way of the enterprise’s participation and so on.The research on the influence of project teaching based on the enterprise’s participation on the students’ identification of organizational culture, team working ability and creativity is studied in this paper.This paper explains the specific safeguard mechanism of project teaching based on the enterprise’s participation and the key points and the difficulties to be noticed in the concrete implementation.The software talents training and evaluation system of project teaching based on the enterprise’s participation is constructed and the implementation effect is evaluated. At the end, we put forward the suggestion about cultivating talent in university by cooperating with enterprise from the perspective of enterprise.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for the same type of enterprises to participate in the training of enterprise personnel training and development of human resource management in the field of project teaching.
