The rapid development of commercial organizations has intensified competition in the human resources industry.Each human resource service organization must create a competitive advantage,which is essentially the competition of talents.However,as a provider of human resources services,many human resource service organizations neglect talent training in actual work,and there is lack of a complete training management process,reasonable curriculum design and training management.Therefore,in view of the actual development needs of the human resource service institutions,the research on the optimization of the training system of enterprises has become an important issue.The F company studied in this thesis is a comprehensive professional human resources service company,was established in 2003.In recent years,F Company has enhanced its own competitiveness through the diversified service products,and it has also brought a serious problem to the enterprise: lacking the professionalism.In fact,there are few talents in professional fields of various departments which result in providing less professional and satisfactory services to clients.Therefore,according to the current situation of F company,this thesis provides training system design framework which is suitable for F company's future development needs,also helps to strengthen the cultivation of employees to gain competitive advantage.Based on the research of training system and relevant research,through questionnaires and interviews,the whole training system of F company is well evaluated and analyze from the aspects of training process,curriculum and training management.Finally,combined with the actual situation of F company,the company's training system is optimized including following aspects: training process system optimization,curriculum system optimization and training management system optimization.It will help to resolve the contradiction between F company business development needs and talent cultivation.
