With the increasing frequency and deepening of intercultural communication, the number of multicultural individuals who have learned and internalized two or more cultures is also increasing.cultural frame switch theory is proposed that multicultural individuals will transform their cultural frame according to their cultural situation to adapt to the current environment.Based on this, some scholars put forward the self-construal dynamics, that is,after individuals internalize a variety of cultural systems, they will show more self-construal types and corresponding behavior in accordance with the cultural clues in their environment. However, previous studies on the dynamics of self-construal mainly focus on the eastern and western bicultural groups and the northern bicultural ethnic groups, while few studies on the bicultural ethnic groups in southwest China, and seldom discuss the mechanism of the influence of cultural acceptance and ethnic implicit view on the dynamics of self-construal.Accordingly,this study based on our country’s ethnic the truth, this culture of Dong self construal the dynamic characteristics of middle school students,as well as the cultural acceptance and ethnic concept of implicit in it,to verify that the cultural frame switch theory to domestic collectivism culture under the background of the applicability of the dual cultural ethnic groups,to promote the dual cultural ethnic groups to better adapt to multicultural society provide theoretical support. This study took the bicultural dong middle school students living in the mixed area of Dong and Han as subjects, using questionnaire survey and experiment method.Firstly,it investigated the evocative effect of the cultural initiation video and the cultural differences between the self-construal types of Han middle school students and Dong middle school students(pre-study).Then,the self-construal dynamic characteristics of the bicultural dong middle school students were investigated(study 1).Secondly,the differences in the dynamics of self-construal among the bicultural Dong middle school students with different ethnic implicit views were investigated(study 2).Finally,the influence of cultural acceptance on the self-construal dynamics of bicultural Dong middle school students with the view of ethnic essence was investigated(study 3).The results of this study show that:(1)On the self-construal scale, the score of the self-dimension of the interdependent type of Dong middle school students is significantly higher than that of the Han middle school students, and the score of the independent self-dimension is significantly lower than that of the Han middle school students;(2)The self-construal of the bicultural Dong middle school students is dynamic. The score of the interdependent self in the Dong cultural initiation group is significantly higher than that in the Han cultural initiation group, and the independent self is significantly lower than that in the Han cultural initiation group. In practical terms,In terms of self-cognition,the Dong cultural initiation group recalled more social events and showed an interdependent self.In terms of self-motivation,the self-enhancement bias of the Han culture priming group was higher, which showed as independent self.In terms of self-conscious emotions, the Dong cultural initiation group had higher scores in the sense of pride and shame, which showed as the interdependent self;(3)The bicultural Dong middle school students with the concept of ethnic construction performed better on the self-construal dynamics than the bicultural Dong middle school students with the concept of ethnic essence;(4)In the process of cultural acceptance, the cultural acceptance group showed self-construal dynamics, while the control group did not.Based on the above results, this study draws the following conclusions: Bicultural Dong middle school students show obvious self-construal dynamics. The cultural frame switch theory is also applicable to bicultural groups with mainstream culture and ethnic subculture. The self-construal dynamics of bicultural individuals will be affected by the ethnic implicit view of individuals, and the cultural acceptance can effectively promote the development of the self-construal dynamics of ethnocentric individuals.
