| The idea of building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation has once again become an important measure to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the current ethnic education cause.With the development of social modernization,many traditional minority cultures are facing cultural crisis.As the main field of education,school education should not only impart universal scientific and cultural knowledge,so that students can become qualified successors of socialism,but also shoulder the important task of cultural inheritance,inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,including the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,so that ethnic minority students can become the inheritors of ethnic traditional culture.The task of ethnic culture education in schools in minority areas is arduous and should be paid more attention to.This study takes the minority Dong ethnic group as an example,takes the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the Dong ethnic group in school education as a starting point,learns the situation of the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture of the Dong ethnic group in the schools of Dong ethnic group in Guangxi through a preliminary survey,and determines the inheritance dilemma of the excellent traditional culture of the Dong ethnic group in the primary and secondary schools of Dong ethnic group in Guangxi as a research problem.Through literature research,cultural inheritance and Dong cultural inheritance are sorted out and summarized,and the concept of cultural inheritance in school education in this study is proposed by referring to scholars’ views on the inheritance of ethnic culture in schools in minority areas.After field investigation,the present situation of the inheritance of Dong’s excellent traditional culture in primary and secondary schools in Dong areas of Guangxi is presented.Based on the theory of cultural diversity and integration education and cultural consciousness theory,the difficulties in the inheritance of primary and secondary schools in Dong areas of Guangxi are analyzed from the aspects of cultural selection,cultural education,cultural practice and cultural innovation in the process of inheritance mechanism.Based on the research results,literature and theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the factors that cause the difficulties in inheriting the excellent traditional culture of Dong ethnic group in primary and secondary schools in Dong ethnic areas of Guangxi,and triggers the relevant thinking on ethnic culture,ethnic education and school education.Based on the theoretical analysis,the analysis and resolution strategy of the current situation and influencing factors,and on the basis of the above aspects,A tentative theoretical construction is made on the inheritance mechanism of Dong excellent traditional culture in primary and secondary schools in Dong area of Guangxi.According to the study,the difficulties faced by Dong ethnic group in inheriting its excellent traditional culture in primary and secondary schools in Dong region of Guangxi are as follows:firstly,in terms of cultural selection,the school uses few contents and Dong ethnic cultural resources are lacking;Secondly,in the aspect of cultural education,it is found that teachers and students lack understanding of the knowledge of Dong ethnic group,and the function of ethnic culture education cannot be reflected.Thirdly,in terms of cultural practice,students do not know the Dong language and the school lacks practice environment.Finally,in the aspect of cultural innovation,the activities are carried out in a single form and lack the characteristics of the new era.In terms of the influence factors of the dilemma,the reasons are also attributed from the above four aspects,mainly because: in terms of content,the impact of mainstream culture and exam-oriented education,the cultural education of the school has certain limitations;Lack of ethnic culture inheritance teachers;In cultural practice innovation,students’ ethnic consciousness is weak;Insufficient support funds,etc.In view of the dilemma,this study believes that the leading role of school education in cultural knowledge should be given full play,the curriculum system of Dong cultural resources should be established,the educational model of Dong culture in schools should be re-integrated,the practice and inheritance of Dong culture should be carried out through multiple channels,and finally,the introduction and training of innovative talents for ethnic inheritance should be strengthened.On this basis,researchers also believe that cultural inheritance should pay attention to the unity of cultural commonness and individuality,adapt to The Times and integrate into life;Ethnic policy formulation and implementation should pay attention to the differences of ethnic minority areas,policy implementation should be in place;The cultural inheritance in schools should be carried out simultaneously with the quality of education;Integrate cultural innovation into the process of inheriting excellent traditional culture.In the tentative construction of the inheritance mechanism of excellent traditional culture school education of the Dong ethnic group,the inheritance mechanism is composed of four sub-mechanisms: inheritance selection mechanism,inheritance education mechanism,inheritance generation mechanism and inheritance guarantee mechanism.Each sub-mechanism has its own operating elements and interacts with each other.Jointly form a mechanism for inheriting excellent traditional culture of the Dong minority in primary and secondary schools in Dong areas of Guangxi.Based on the relevant theories and methods of pedagogy,culturalism and anthropology,this study explores the inheritance of Dong’s excellent traditional culture in school education,proposes resolution strategies and tentative theories for the inheritance dilemma of Dong’s excellent traditional culture in primary and secondary schools in Guangxi Dong area,and constructs the inheritance mechanism of Dong’s excellent traditional culture in school education.It is expected to provide reference for improving the cultural inheritance of ethnic minorities and the quality of ethnic education. |
