Research On The Influence Of Professional Differentiation On Farmers’ Social Status

With the rapid development of social economy nowadays,people’s living standard is also constantly improving,and the world is facing complex environmental changes.With the increasing development of life,we should also attach the greatest importance to the issue of farmers,so the "three rural issues" are still the most important and prominent issues we consider.Although the overall standard of living has been developed,the problem of farmers is still grim.The livelihood of farmers is still our primary consideration.Farmers not only have the pressure of livelihood,but also the pressure brought by society.Therefore,the first issue is the sustainable livelihood of farmers,which has become a common concern of social organizations and researchers in various countries.At present,our main objective is to solve the livelihood problems of farmers and improve their lives.At present,our country has entered a new stage of social transformation,during which farmers are also undergoing structural changes.Farmers are not only engaged in agriculture-related occupations,but also consider more other occupations.Therefore,it is a necessary research direction to study the impact of occupational differentiation on the status of farmers.Occupational differentiation has different degrees of influence on farmers’ life and production mode.Professional differentiation has changed the traditional simple agricultural production mode,and farmers have gradually begun to merge occupations,not only considering the development path in the agricultural direction.In order to be able to engage in more occupations,some farmers have begun to improve their self-living ability and self-quality and pay more attention to their self-cultivation construction.Considering that some industries have too high requirements for their health,some farmers are actively exercising and have good physique.Some industries have higher requirements for academic qualifications,and some farmers with positive thoughts have picked up book knowledge and obtained excellent results and relevant certificates.This can not only improve the quality of farmers themselves,but also give them more choices.In the past ten years or so,the social stratification structure of farmers has not been completely stable.Most of the pure farmers still have the tendency to change to non-farming industries.It has become an obvious social status phenomenon for farmers to find other industries to survive,but at present,the change of industries can not only become the main factor to change the social status offarmers.On the whole,the professional differentiation of farmers can not only improve the changes of their living environment,but also influence the improvement of their social and economic status imperceptibly.Firstly,this paper theoretically demonstrates the dynamic relationship between the professional differentiation of farmers and their social status,and expounds the main reasons that affect their social status.Then,according to CLDS2016 data,this paper analyzes the impact of micro factors such as farmers’ education level,farmers’ gender,farmers’ political identity,their annual income in 2015,social capital and other micro factors on the social status of farmers after the professional differentiation of contemporary farmers,and makes a statistical description.Finally,this paper uses multiple regression model to analyze the impact of farmers’ occupational differentiation on farmers’ social status by establishing a model,makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between farmers’ occupational differentiation and farmers’ social status,and puts forward policy recommendations to guide and promote farmers’ occupational differentiation.
