During the implementation of my country’s rural revitalization strategy,effective implementation of new-type professional peasant training and education and training of farmers on basic theoretical knowledge and professional skills are important measures to improve the level of rural human capital and promote the development of modern agriculture.In recent years,new-type vocational farmer training has been one of the key research directions in the field of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In this process,the satisfaction of participating farmers is an important reference to reflect the actual effect of new-type professional peasant training.This article combs the relevant literature on farmer training and satisfaction factors.And under the guidance of education satisfaction theory,education supply and demand balance theory and human capital theory,the satisfaction of this article is divided into three dimensions: personal characteristics,training expectations and perceived quality,and a model of influencing factors of satisfaction is constructed.According to the previous research results in the application of satisfaction and the results of variable one-way analysis of variance and mean analysis,select the education level,type of professional farmers,expected training courses,expected training methods,restriction,feasibility,continuity,and fairness 10 categories factors of continuity,fairness and empathy were included in the model.Field surveys were conducted on typical villages and towns in Taibai County,Ningqiang County,Liuba County,Yanchang County,Shaanxi Province,etc.,and 317 surveys were collected and sorted.The questionnaire was used for data statistics and binary logistic regression analysis,and finally reached the conclusion of this paper.The main content of this research includes the following aspects: First,analyze the basic information indicators,economic development indicators and the cultivation of new professional farmers in the county;secondly,perform descriptive statistical analysis on the features of the sample,and analyze the three main The correlation between the dimensions and the satisfaction of the new-type professional peasant training is to conduct a one-way analysis of variance on the variables in each dimension,understand the differences in the responses of each variable,and make a preliminary screening of the variables;again,determine the research hypothesis and theoretical model,and determine the main After the mean analysis of the independent variables.The results of the the binary logistic model show that new professional farmers’ literacy courses,agricultural product quality and safety courses,feasibility,continuity,fairness,access to subsidies,concept formation and changes have a positive impact on the satisfaction of new professional farmers’ training,education level,and types of professional farmers,Internet teaching,fixed classroom teaching,industry scale restrictions,and changes in production methods have a negative impact on satisfaction.Among them,education level,industry scale limitation,concept formation and transformation,new professional farmer literacy courses,agricultural product quality and safety courses,and online teaching methods all have a significant impact on satisfaction.Finally,according to the research conclusions of this paper,from optimizing the training target team,improving the pre-training planning preparation,and promoting the sustainable development of training,a diversified path to improve farmers’ training satisfaction is proposed.Mainly include: development and growth of the new generation of professional farmers,encourage the participation of diversified rural subjects,meet the practical needs of farmers for training,optimize training courses,enrich and innovate training forms,reduce training access thresholds,pay attention to the driving force of training to industrial development,Continue to pay attention to the follow-up development of professional farmers,expand publicity and influence,etc..
