In modern physical education,the universities sports curriculum has a particularly important place,countries now require innovative high-quality sports talents,so the development of school physical education is more and more high to the requirement of sports talents,especially in the country in order to further clear goals and tasks of sports power construction,and establishes a sports power construction program,At the same time,under the background of the integration of sports and education,the demand for innovative and high-quality sports talents has become greater,so the training of outstanding sports talents is a major challenge facing the school sports.In the existing in the traditional teaching mode education environment has great limitations,unified teaching by teachers and students together to complete,in the process of teaching teachers to cultivate students unilaterally,lets the student learning,students in the learning process by imitating the teacher make his mark,reduce the enthusiasm of learning,ignoring the students’ own initiative,especially in the movement technology teaching,The teachers mostly explain and demonstrate,and let the students do imitation exercises.The students’ thinking ability is limited,and the improvement of skills is relatively slow.And anchored instruction model in the teaching,students learning ability,self-learning cooperation through elaboration to each professor guidance technology,make the students to face problems in the process of learning to think,communicate with your team to find problems and discussed to solve the problem,make the students’ psychological activities become more rich and varied,Emotional attitude can also be changed in class,making students actively absorb,learn and accept new content instead of passively accepting knowledge before.In the implementation and application of anchoring teaching mode,an appropriate teaching situation is firstly created;secondly,students are asked questions,which is called "anchoring",to conduct independent learning;secondly,students conduct group cooperation and discussion to find and solve problems;finally,students’ learning evaluation and feelings are given after learning.Before this,there have been effective researches on anchoring teaching mode in sports programs.However,predecessors used it extensively in a certain teaching and evaluated the overall teaching effect of a sports program after learning.There has never been a more detailed application of this teaching mode in a single technology.This study applies the teaching mode to badminton can smash the ball with a forehand backcourt single technology for 8 weeks time teaching experiment,in the process of the experiment applied the mathematical statistics,comparative analysis method,experimental method,such as research methods,the subjects for the sports professional badminton special teams of 26 students,through the experiment it is concluded that the following results:(1)Teaching experiment,students’ physical quality scores in the anchored instruction model and the traditional teaching mode is improved,after the experiment students in the experimental group in improving physical quality index badminton throw far,on average,by 0.75 m,standing long jump are increased 0.097 m,5 times a reverse layup left and right sides of the average increased 1.35 s,sit-ups are raised to6.54,The P values were all less than 0.05,showing a significant difference.In the control group,the average performance of the physical fitness index was increased by0.48 m in the badminton throw,0.036 m in the standing long jump,and 0.83 s in the five rounds of the left and right sides.The P value was less than 0.05,showing a significant difference,while the average performance of the sit-up was increased by0.92,showing a P value greater than 0.05,showing no significant difference.(2)After the experiment,the students’ mastery of the forehand backcourt kill technique was significantly improved,which was significantly different from that before the experiment.After the experiment,the average swing speed of the experimental group increased by 0.796,the average forehand straight line score increased by 2.0,the average forehand oblique score increased by 3.312,and the P values were all less than 0.01,indicating that the difference before and after the experiment was obvious.The control group also improved after the experiment.The forehand straight line and the forehand cross line were increased by 1.00 on average(P<0.05)and 0.037 on average(P>0.05).However,the performance of the control group was also decreased,and the swing speed was decreased by 0.131 on average(P>0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the control group before and after the experiment.(3)After the experiment,the independent learning interest of the experimental group was compared with that of the control group before and after the experiment.The score of the experimental group before and after the experiment was compared with a P value less than 0.01(0.008),showing a significant difference.The scores of the control group before and after the experiment were compared,and the P value was greater than 0.05(0.493),there was no significant difference.Conclusion:(1)The physical fitness of students in both the experimental group and the control group was improved after the experiment,indicating that both teaching modes are helpful to improve the physical fitness of students,but anchored teaching is better than traditional teaching.(2)After the experiment,students’ mastery of forehand backcourt killing skills has been significantly improved,but after the test,the swing speed of students in the control group has decreased.Therefore,the influence of anchor teaching mode on forehand killing skills is more effective than the traditional teaching mode.(3)According to the investigation of students’ interest in learning before and after the experiment,the ability of independent learning and inquiry of students in the experimental group has been significantly improved,while there is little difference between the control group and the experimental group.Therefore,it can be concluded that anchored teaching mode is more helpful to enhance students’ independent initiative and ability of independent cooperative inquiry.To sum up,the two teaching modes have a certain influence on students’ physical quality,skill achievement and interest in independent learning.In the process of teaching,anchor teaching focuses more on cultivating students’ independent initiative and cooperative learning among students,which can better promote students’ learning and mastering of new knowledge.The change of teachers’ role in the process of anchoring teaching significantly changed students’ attitude towards learning,and after the experiment,the teaching effect of students’ physical quality,forehand killing technique and students’ interest in badminton autonomous learning was more prominent than that of the traditional teaching mode.It can be seen that the anchoring teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students’ physical quality,forehand killing skills and interest in independent learning than the traditional teaching mode.
