Aerobics Specialized course is an important part of physical education in higher schools. With the continuous development of China's education reform and the improvement of the core competitiveness of talents,College sports professional course teaching method reform unceasingly. To comply with the requirements of The Times,sports colleges and universities practice has formed a technology to update the education idea, reform the teaching content, innovation teaching methods, improve the organizational form of teaching reform.Constructivism learning theory, Dewey learning theory and humanistic learning theory on the basis of PBL teaching mode in the 1960 s, along with the modern wave of education reform and education concept of constantly updated, PBL teaching mode attracting widespread attention and the long-term development, become a kind of new learning theory.The essence of the PBL learning theory lies in the complicated teaching content placed in real problem situation, has the characteristics of stochastic volatility and extensive adaptability.Built around the core of PBL learning theory, this study using PBL learning theory to guide the teaching of aerobics specialist courses, the teaching contents according to the current "aerobics specialist teaching outline of the first semester and editing the combination action".By constructing suitable for professional sports aerobics teaching mode, the new teaching mode by applying the method of teaching experiment is applied in practice teaching of the specialty of the first semester.The results showed that:12 weeks of PBL in aerobics teaching fully arouse the students' learning enthusiasm, initiative, students' autonomous organization extracurricular theoretical exploration and practical training, consciously increased the amount of exercise, the body form shaping effect is obvious, excess finish the teaching task;Effectively improve aerobics students muscular endurance, strength,flexibility and endurance, such as physical quality, strengthen aerobics students joint of the extension, elastic, developing special flexible quality has a positive effect, to improve the cardiopulmonary function effect is obvious;Through the creation of problem situation, the teaching process of organization and the implementation of the teaching activities is the core of the teaching mode, promote the student in the interaction of "teaching" and "learning", and strengthen the psychological communication, emotion, attitude, enhance the autonomy, consciousness and enthusiasm of students to participate;Effectively improve students' comprehensive applied to the brain and muscle movement principle of the learning process of sports skills, technology and knowledge, improving students' observation, practice, thinking,innovation and comprehensive ability of communication, so as to improve students' ability of creative thinking;Student main body participation and give priority to in order to cooperate with the practice of operating activities, teaching in the process of improving the students' learning initiative, to improve the consciousness of exploring hold the action the plait method, enhances the student motion choreographing capability.
