The article is intended to use a number of research methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and method of mathematical statistics.In the context of physical education test of senior middle school enrollment,the article is aimed at systematically analyzing the factors influencing the quality of physical education in middle schools with the present situation of implementation of physical education classes in middle schools in Dalian as the starting point of the research to study and prove the close connection between physical education teaching pattern and improvement of the quality of physical education classes in junior high schools,providing new mode and thought for the research on teaching method of physical education in middle schools in Dalian city,Liaoning province and even the whole country and contributing to the increase of scores in physical education test of senior middle school enrollment for the middle school students in Dalian.The investigations of current situation of physical education in the context of physical education test of senior middle school enrollment in Dalian show that different subjects in middle schools in Dalian pay increasing attention to the physical education because of the influence of this context,but the teaching content focuses on the physical education test items.Therefore,no good teaching effect is achieved in the class,with boring class content and monotonous teaching method.As for the research on the factors influencing the quality of physical education in middle classes,5 main factors have been extracted from the 20 factors and named as pattern factor,teacher factor,guarantee factor,class factor and attitude factor respectively.Besides,the systematic analysis has been made from the perspective of extracurricular factor and factor in class,which has proved that the physical education teaching pattern has a close connection with improvement of the quality of physical education classes in junior high schools.In order to further prove the importance of theme-based teaching pattern to improvement of the quality of physical education classes,the article is intended to design an empirical research of theme-based teaching pattern in the context of physical education test of senior middle school enrollment in Dalian to further provide evidence for the research viewpoints.The design idea of the theme-based teaching pattern is supported by the thorough guiding thought of the topic,reasonable implementation process and diversified teaching methods,with the sharp-cut topic running through the whole teaching process.And the result indicates that the physical education classes with the theme-based teaching pattern are well received by students who haven't only significantly improved their sports results,but have a positive attitude as regards subjective perception.It is recommended that the theme-based teaching pattern should be designed according to the students' different demands,their mental state and psychological characteristics to teach students in accordance with their aptitude.There should be changes in theme setting in stages,and the content of the theme should advance with times.Diversified topics can make students acquire knowledge and skills and love sports more,thus the ultimate goal can be actually achieved that students should have sports consciousness forever.
