| Receiving subject is the core element of ideological and political education acceptance.In the process of accepting,the effectiveness and strength of the motivation of the receiving subject is the main content to judge the effect of ideological and political education,and also the internal motivation to realize the value of ideological and political education.How to follow the objective laws,insist on establishing morality and people’s ideological concepts,activate the receiving subject’s motivation of the ideological and political education discipline,and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education? “The stones of those hills may be used to polish gems.” The hypothesis of human nature in western management provides a new perspective for our research.The basic understanding of human beings in Western management studies is helpful for us to explore the receiving subject and its motivation of ideological and political education,identify the multi-level and multi-angled motivation of the subject of ideological and political education,and then activate the motivation of ideological and political education.Based on such a logical starting point,the research idea of this paper is as follows: First,analyze the relevant theories of human nature hypothesis and the motivation of the receiving subject of ideological and political education,and clarify the intrinsic basis and significant role of the hypothesis of human nature on the subject and motivation of the ideological and political education;Secondly,based on the perspective of the hypothesis of human nature,based on the actual situation of the motivation of ideological and political education receiving subject,we strives to reveal the existing deep-seated problems and contradictions,and analyzes the reasons that affect the motivation of ideological and political education acceptance from three aspects of society,education and receiving subject.Thirdly,after discussing the issues,based on understanding and grasp of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on ideological and political work,the new requirements for ideological and political education in the new era to receive the motivation of the subject are clarified at a macro level,and a clear direction is to be further stimulated to receive the motivation of the subject.Finally,from activating motivation,regulating motivation,strengthen motivation and everlasting motivation,the relevant strategies to stimulate the motivation of ideological and political education to receive the subject are proposed.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this article draws on the relevant theories of humanity hypothesis from management,and draws the main conclusions.First,the hypothesis theory of Homo economicus,Social Person,Self-actualization assumption and Complex people has been basically accepted by the academic community,and the science of the hypothesis theory of human nature is further verified through the analysis of the motivation of the subject of ideological and political education.In order to explain the rationality of the problems in the field of ideological and political education in China by referring to and introducing management theory,it is helpful to the innovation and development of ideological and political education theories and methods in China.Secondly,after discussion,we find that the irrational needs of ideological and political education recipients for material benefits,inadequate sense of social belonging and identity,cognitive deviations from the need for self-development,and confusion about multiple value choices affect the receive of ideological and political education.The main problem of subjective motivation restricts the enthusiasm and initiative of the receiving subject to receive ideological and political education.Third,in the context of the new era,the remarkable trend of people’s pursuit of a better life,and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of speeches on ideological and political work have jointly put forward new requirements for the innovation and development of ideological and political education.Need to efforts to the rationality of accepting the interests of the subject,efforts to adjust the compliance of the recipient’s self-expectation,and efforts to enhance the stability of the recipient’s value choices.Fourth,the stimulation of the motivation of the subject of ideological and political education is the end point of this article.We must activate motivation by caring the correct needs of the receiving subject,regulate motivation by enhancing the social gain of the receiving subject,strengthen motivation by encouraging receiving subject to actively self-actualization,and everlast motivation by leading the choice of receiving subject value with the core values of socialism.We will achieve continuous enhancement and permanent maintenance of receiving motivation. |
