At school, the teacher in charge of education as an important role in the teaching, not only bear the teaching task also bear the administrative tasks, and this role is becoming more and more attention of the parties.In recent years of work practice, the teacher in charge in tension often appeared in the management of the teachers and students, all kinds of conflict.Close its division, to their faith.Sometimes the teacher in charge of some students’human nature assumption is not correct, make this part of the students think the teacher mistrust of its, produce to the teacher in charge, so as to produce weariness.Head teacher put most of his energy on study well and learning of poor students, make the teacher in charge to ignore the development of the medium lives.The teacher in charge in the evaluation system of the single evaluation way, just as the standard.The teacher in charge to manage students, should begin from understanding students.The teacher in charge of students of different human nature hypothesis, determines the different management behavior for students.This paper takes the seventh middle school students, the teacher in charge of Yanji city as the research object, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and so on were studied.First of all, by collating the literature knowledge of relevant scholars to the teacher in charge management research trends, research methods and means, and master and apply what research tools, analysis its innovation and shortcomings;Second, select the seventh middle school of Yanji city distribution of self-made questionnaire "based on humanity hypothesis in the junior middle school teacher in charge management behavior status quo survey to investigate, and using SPSS18.0software for recycling of effective data are compared, and the average understanding of the present status of the head teacher to student’s basic human nature assumption, the difference of objects and its student management concept;Analysis of the teacher in charge the difference between self-perception bias hypothesis and students;The teacher in charge of the management behavior and the relation between human nature hypothesis;Based on the assumption of human right of the teacher in charge management countermeasures.In this paper, through questionnaire survey, formed the following conclusions:Junior high school class teacher to student’s overall humanity hypothesis does not belong to the economic man hypothesis of humanity, but in the human nature assumption in study belongs to the economic man assumption. Junior high school class teacher to student’s management behavior does not belong to the economic man hypothesis of humanity, but the teacher in charge of daily management students belong to the economic man supposition.Activity of junior high school teacher in charge of students in learning, performance and the relationship with the teacher in charge in such aspects as management behavior in the daily management behavior was significantly related.
