Junior high school class teacher to student’s management behavior does not belong to the economic man hypothesis of humanity, but the teacher in charge of daily management students belong to the economic man supposition.Activity of junior high school teacher in charge of students in learning, performance and the relationship with the teacher in charge in such aspects as management behavior in the daily management behavior was significantly related.
