Problems And Strategies Of Master Candidate’s Learning Of Humanities And Social Sciences In Local Universities

Starting from the reform and opening up,international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and talent training has become the focus.A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change are ready to take off.Modern technologies such as Internet,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and 3D printing are profoundly changing the way of thinking,production,life and learning of human beings.Under the background of this new era,how should the humanities and social sciences master candidate study and what kind of learning results can meet the challenges of the new era? The researchers searched through CNKI and found that: there are 5747 articles on master candidate education,3017 articles on master candidate study,and 12 articles on Humanities and social sciences.The existing materials can not solve the researchers’ doubts,so I launched the research on Problems and Strategies of master candidate’s learning of Humanities and social sciences in local Universities.The purpose of this study is to find out the problems existing in the Humanities and Social Sciences master candidate’s learning in local colleges,find out the causes of the problems,and put forward countermeasures against the problems.The significance of this study is as follows: The theory of process management is applied in the process of master’s study to find and solve the problems of master’s study.In practice,it causes the master candidate to reflect on their own learning state,and draws the attention of the graduate management departments,Graduate supervisors and teachers in local colleges and universities to the current situation of such graduate students’ learning.Promote the construction and improvement of Humanities and Social Sciences in Colleges and universities,so as to better serve the socialist modernization construction.The innovations of this study are as follows: 1.In the process of research,I-B-G mode,that is,information barrier goal mode,is used to discover and test the real problems of master candidate learning.2.Using TTP+ Blingual+ Methodology+ SPMG model to solve the problems existing in the current situation of Humanities and social sciences master candidate study.Based on the theory of process management,reference the questionnaire "nationalpostgraduate learning experience questionnaire" prepared by the president’s joint meeting of the National Graduate School,and combined with the actual situation of learning process,this study developed a questionnaire from the five dimensions of learning motivation,learning purpose,learning content,learning methods and learning results.Taking the full-time master candidate of Humanities and Social Sciences in Guangxi Normal University,Guilin University of Electronic Science and technology and Guilin University of science and technology as samples,the investigation was carried out.Through the analysis of the questionnaire collected,this study found that the problems in the study of Humanities and Social Sciences master candidate in local universities are as follows:1.Learning purpose is mainly short-term personal purpose;2.The problems of learning engagement: Insufficient investment in learning,the learned helplessness of master candidate;3.Backwardness of learning methods: Mainly imitative learning and lack of research on learning methods.Combined with interviews and analysis,the reasons for the above problems are as follows:1.The misleading of market selection theory on the values of master candidate;2.The problems of master candidate: The lack of sense of responsibility,the lack of professional ability;3.The "master candidate education" of master candidate education is mainly manifested in the convergence of curriculum,teaching contents and teaching methods with undergraduate education.In view of the outstanding problems existing in the study of Humanities and Social Sciences master candidates in local universities and their main reasons,the researcher puts forward and expounds the following countermeasures:1.Help master candidates believe the “Knowledge is power”.2.Enhance the sense of responsibility of the master candidate.3.master candidates carry out their study in the mode of TTP+ Blingual+ Methodology+ SPMG.4.Establishing real graduate education,the main measures are:(1)improving the construction of professional courses and strengthening the knowledge foundation of postgraduates;(2)returning to the essence of postgraduates education and carrying out discussion teaching.The research on the learning problems of the humanities and Social Sciences graduate students in the local colleges and universities has achieved the expected research purposes,and the conclusions have a constructive role in the discipline construction and the improvement of the education quality of the local colleges and universities.In addition,due to the limitations of researchers’ academic research ability,time,funding and other conditions,the convenient sampling method adopted by the Research Institute and the lack of research samples need to be improved in the future.
