| As the overall description of the education goal,core competencies is the era proposition of implementing the fundamental task of moral education,and highlights the value concept of people-oriented.From this perspective,the cultivation of academic postgraduates in Humanities and social sciences is conducive to further clarify the training objectives,improve the quality of personnel training,and promote the continuous improvement of the cultivation mode of academic postgraduates in Humanities and social sciences.On the basis of previous studies,this study constructs the core competencies framework of academic Postgraduates of Humanities and social sciences by content analysis,analyzes the formation of core competencies of 278 academic Postgraduates of Humanities and social sciences by questionnaire survey,and interviews 15 academic Postgraduates of Humanities and Social Sciences in-depth,obtaining academic Postgraduates of Humanities and social Sciences The formation process and influencing factors of students’ core competencies.The main conclusions are as follows: first,the core competencies of academic master of Humanities and social sciences is composed of four dimensions: subject system knowledge,scientific thinking and research ability,research cooperation and management ability,academic interest,moral character and feelings.Second,the overall situation of the formation of core competencies of academic master of Humanities and social sciences is good,and the formation of each dimension of literacy is unbalanced.The students have a good command of subject system knowledge,fair scientific thinking and research ability,and poor research cooperation and management ability,academic interest,moral character and feelings.Thirdly,the formation process of the core competencies of academic master students in Humanities and social sciences has gone through four stages: "research Xiaobai","academic newcomer","research apprentice" and "academic skilled worker".The stage of "scientific research Xiaobai" is a period for students to prepare for various qualities.The stage of "academic newcomer" is the key period for the formation and development of "subject system knowledge".At this stage,students’ scientific thinking and research ability,research cooperation and management ability,as well as academic interest,moral character and feelings were further nurtured.The stage of "scientific research apprenticeship" is the key period for the formation and development of "scientific thinking and research ability" and "research cooperation and management ability".At this stage,the knowledge of the discipline system is further solid and stable,and the academic interest,moral character and feelings are infected in the interaction with the environment and important others.The stage of "academic skilled worker" is the "critical period" for the formation and development of "academic interest,moral character and feelings".At this stage,the "building" of students’ subject system knowledge was initially built,and their scientific thinking and research ability,research cooperation and management ability were basically shaped.System events such as curriculum teaching,organizational environment such as department atmosphere,important others such as tutors,discipline culture and other factors work together on graduate students and affect the formation and development of students’ core competencies.In order to help the academic Postgraduates of Humanities and Social Sciences better adapt to the life of postgraduates,cultivate the knowledge,ability and quality to meet the needs of their learning and future development,we should conform to the wind vane of the new liberal arts construction and create a good environment for Postgraduates’ education;the tutor should strengthen academic guidance and play the role of "guide" in casting the soul of education;we should further optimize the diversified curriculum system and strengthen the quality education We should also pay attention to student selection and process education,and enhance students’ ability of reflection and self adjustment. |
