growth and development,but also the requirement of talent training for China’s construction and development of socialist cause under the background of the new era.University stage is the ideological and moral values in life gradually formed and to secure the critical period of development,cultivating college students’ moral consciousness,guide students to set up the correct moral values,to form correct moral value judgments and strong moral convictions for growth and development of college students has important practical significance.However,under the influence of economic globalization,network,informationization,multi-culture conflict and integration has become a wave of The Times,bring the values of western civilization and ideological infiltration followed,and college students as to promote social progress and important talent construction and the development of the socialist cause,for the country plays an important role in the development,it is the west to China the main objects of ideological penetration.At the same time,China is currently in the process of accelerating modernization of the social transformation period and under the negative impact of the market economy,a variety of social moral problems and contradictions are increasingly prominent.These problems to a certain extent,has brought the contemporary college students’ ideological and moral values more profound effect,lead to some collegestudents moral values of the fuzzy and confusion,even will gradually eliminate the traditional moral values of the modern college students,breeding hedonism,materialism,self-interest and other bad ideas,but also makes the traditional culture of our country and the system of socialist core values by a certain impact and challenges.All in all,facing the complicated and changeable world situation and social environment,colleges and universities need to cultivate college students’ moral consciousness,help students establish correct outlook on life and values,to form correct moral value judgment and firm moral faith,guide college students in the complicated and changeable world situation and social environment consciously resist external adverse factors,raise their moral accomplishment,for the growth and development of college students has important practical significance."Shen du" is one of the important ways to cultivate one’s morality in China’s traditional Confucianism,which has been praised as the highest level of individual moral cultivation and the essence of Chinese traditional moral cultivation theory.Contained in the Confucian idea of "self-supervision" of moral concept,to improve college students’ moral cultivation,cultivate the moral consciousness of college students has a positive role in promoting,and the Confucian thought of "self-supervision" to the moral education work in colleges and universities,to promote the Chinese traditional moral thought and the combination of modern moral education practice,students’ ideological and moral education of colleges and universities provide a new path for its implementation.Based on this,the author takes the cultivation of college students’ moral consciousness as the fundamental purpose,and integrates the Confucian thought of "shen du" into the ideological and moral education of college students.By referring to the thought of "shen du",the author guides college students to consciously strengthen their moral cultivation,so as to promote the generation and development of their moral consciousness.This study mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and analytical induction method.The paper is divided into several parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research origin,research purpose,research significance,literature review,definition of core concepts,research ideas and research methods.The second part is an overview of moral consciousness,which describes the main characteristics of moral consciousness,the internal psychological factors of moral consciousness formation,and the necessity and practical significance of cultivating college students’ moral consciousness.The third part is the investigation of the current ideological and moral situation of college students,including the survey object’s general situation,the design of the questionnaire,the survey results of the moral situation of college students,the problems of college students in the moral aspect and the reason analysis;The fourth part is about the cultivation of Confucian thought of "prudent independence" and moral consciousness.This part mainly combs the origin and development of Confucian thought of "prudent independence",summarizes the main connotation of Confucian thought of "prudent independence",and analyzes the value of "prudent independence" in cultivating college students’ moral consciousness.The fifth part is the way to cultivate college students’ moral consciousness from the perspective of the Confucian thought of "being cautious and independent".Integrate curriculum resources to enhance students’ awareness of prudence;It is hoped that it can provide effective Suggestions and references for colleges and universities to cultivate college students’ moral consciousness from the following three aspects: creating a good campus moral
