At present,the courses related to industrial robots are newly opened courses in secondary vocational schools in China,and their talent cultivation is far behind the demand of industrial robots.The design of the course content is an important part of the curriculum development.The curriculum content development concept based on "systematization of work process" is the mainstream idea of curriculum development of modern vocational education.It transforms the knowledge,ability and quality covered by the job tasks of the enterprise into teaching content,and outlines the teaching of course content construction.The macro blueprint for the arrangement provides theoretical guidance for talent development.This study investigates the construction status of industrial robots related courses in secondary vocational schools,analyses the existing problems,and proposes solutions to these problems.Through visiting industrial robots related enterprises,conducting in-depth research on industrial robots related job tasks in the production line,discussing with enterprise front-line staff and experts,summarizing and describing representative typical job tasks,transforming them into two professional courses: industrial robots detection and maintenance,industrial robots production and operation application.Then,taking the former as an example,four learning scenarios are designed: inspection and recording of industrial robots,adjustment and maintenance of industrial robots,repair and replacement of industrial robots' components,installation and disassembly of industrial robots.Secondly,based on the working process of information,planning,decision-making,implementation,testing and evaluation,this paper puts forward a middle-level teaching design plan for learning situation,and puts forward a formative evaluation strategy.Finally,taking the learning situation of industrial robots as an example,the micro-level classroom teaching and specific evaluation methods are designed.It has formed teaching materials and students' work pages,which provide valuable reference for the implementation of this course.
