| The issuance of "the Outline of the Construction of a Strong Sports Country"means that the pace of our country’s progress from a big sports country to a strong sports country has quickened.As the main force of the construction of a strong sports country,college students shoulder the heavy responsibility of the times.And improve the comprehensive quality,ensure the high-quality development of college students,the change of their physical condition is bound to be concerned and valued by all circles.This paper analyzes and studies the physical fitness of 2014 college students in four study periods,through the literature,interviews,mathematical statistics and other major research methods,according to the National Student Physical Health Standards(revised in 2014),the report of the investigation on Chinese students’ physical fitness and health in 2014 and related documents,and the data of physical health test for undergraduate students in Lanzhou Universities in 2014.Mainly from the body shape,the body function,the body quality three modules,dividing the male university student and the female university student,this research compares and analyzes the results from the following aspects:height,weight,vital capacity,50m,forward bend of sitting body,standing long jump,pull-up/Sit-up,1000/800m,and comprehensive score.The study found that:(1)The comprehensive scores of the physique health test of the 2014 college students in Lanzhou City undergraduate colleges were lower than the comprehensive scores of the 2014 Chinese college students’ physique health test,and the overall scores of the 2014 scholastic students were presented "two decline and one rise”,and the comprehensive score of the first grade is always better than the comprehensive score of the last three segments;(2)The trend of body shape index between the four students of the 2014 undergraduate of Lanzhou City is stable,The body mass index(BMI)value fluctuated slightly in the normal interval,and the scores of body shape indicators of male college students and female college students were all full marks;(3)The scores of body function indicators of the four colleges in the undergraduate colleges of Lanzhou City from the entrance to the graduation showed"the trend of first rise and then decline",and the scores of vital capacity of male college students and female college students are better than the male vitality of Chinese male college students and female college students in 2014;(4)The scores of the individual indicators of the 2014 female college students varied greatly between the four semester:the scores of the standing long jump indicators have increased in a small degree,and the entrance scores are always lower than the results.The grades of the pull-up indicators showed a trend of "two rises and one decline”,but the scores were always between 0 and 1 point;the sitting body’s flexion scores showed a general trend of "decline,rise then decline”,but the scores were relative ideal;the 50-meter performance showed a trend of "decline,rise then decline”,but the entrance scores were always better than the last three segments;the 1000-meter performance showed a continuous decline year by year.The scores of the individual indicators of the 2014 female college students also varied greatly between the four semester.The scores of the three indexes of female college students’ standing long jump,sitting body flexion and sit-ups all showed "two rise and one decline" trends,and the admission scores are always lower than the last three semester;the scores of the 50-meter single-index indicators show a "decline,rise then decline”trend,but the entrance scores are always higher than the last three semester;the 800-meter scores show a trend of "two decline and one rise”.And the results of the seniors are higher than the admission results for the first time.Through analysis,it is found that improving college students’ awareness and attention to the National Student Physical Health Standards",strengthening the construction of college sports organizations,increasing the investment of school sports funds,and putting out fitness paths to the community through multiple channels are conducive to improving the physical condition of college students. |
