A Current Analysis And Countermeasure Study Of Health Condition Of Changchun Private College Students

The thesis is adoping ways of references, paper talks, tests of health condition, statistic of figures and comparison analysis to do a research both on students'courrent health condition and the elements which have an effect on this condition. All these students(1435) are freshmen and sophomore from 4 private colleges in Changchun. As a result, students from these private colleges are in good condition as a whole. The development of their body shape is increasing though there is a decling thread of their body function and energy quality. From the different angle of gender, the health condition of girls is better than boys. The main reasons of these differences which the boys and girls have are scarcity of nutrition, bad living habits and big social pressure.As a whole, students from Changchun private colleges have poorer health condition than those of the same age in our country, especially the girls. The development of the student's body is as the same as the adults'who are of the same age in our country, but there is a clear difference in the quality of body function between them.According to the survey of KAB, the knowledge of health condition of the students from Changchun Private colleges is less. They have a bad habit in doing exercise and could not have enough time to do so. Currently, the main reason of influencing the health condition of these students rom Changchun private college is that studnets have no proper exercise amount and intensity. In addition, there are several resons which cause students to have a bad health condition,such as bad effect of PE teaching, poor arrangements of extracurricular activities, scarcity of venue equipments. The thesis comes up with some sugesstions according to these situations and problems mentioned above and it gives some certain discussions and researches about the reform of PE teching in Changchun private colleges.
