The innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is one of the key construction projects of "Undergraduate Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform Project in Colleges and Universities".With the increasing investment in resources of college and university innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and the expansion of student participation in various colleges and universities across the country,some colleges and universities have begun to build an online information management platform to improve the education and management of college and university innovation and entrepreneurship projects.These platforms have transferred all the implementation processes of college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship training programs from offline to online,which has improved the management efficiency of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training.Under this background,how to analyze the accumulated data from college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship platforms to make the online system more intelligent,thereby further improving the education process management level of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents become urgent problems to be solved.This subjects relies on Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications University’s innovation and entrepreneurship training information management platform.It mainly researches and analyzes the data accumulated over the years of the platform’s operation by constructing a quality evaluation system for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training projects,a recommendation system for information platforms,and data visualization.The mainly completed tasks are as follows:1.Established a quality evaluation index system for university students’innovation and entrepreneurship training projects consisting of managers,students,instructors,and review mentors.The AHP method was used to calculate the relative weights of each evaluation index.With the help of the process management of the information management platform of the university student innovation and entrepreneurship training program,the system index was implemented and the points were allocated according to the relative weight.2.Based on the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,this paper used natural language processing(NLP)technology to carry out semantic analysis of project topics.This paper constructed team recommendation module,project recommendation module,review recommendation module and learning materials recommendation module through strengthening project attribute information.3.With the help of Baidu’s open-source js component Echarts,it has realized the distribution of the number of projects,the distribution of project types,the distribution of project industries,the distribution of project sources,the distribution of the number of participating departments,the study of the change in the status of project scores,the distribution of outstanding projects and departments,and the ranking of outstanding projects in real time Data visualization and display module for multi-dimensional data processing and analysis such as cross-disciplinary situation between departments and departments.The completed work in this thesis has been tested on the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications University’s innovation and training information management platform,and has been continuously revised and improved based on the implementation results in the implementation process in recent years.After the above measures,the project process management model for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training has initially achieved results.Implementation data have proven to improve management efficiency and management quality,and the proportion of student participation and the number of projects has also achieved a jump.
