Research On Education Quality Evaluation System Forthe Master Based On "Internet+" Age

Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education,to our country's social development,science and technology and economic development have a vital role.The quality of graduate education represents the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the scientific research level and the level of innovation,but also the key factor of enhance China's comprehensive national strength.As the current our country higher education into the popularization stage,education scale and increasing the number of students,education quality has become the focus of their selves has also become an important subject of education quality evaluation.In the current Internet is developing rapidly,the trend of diversification of evaluation,how to evaluate the quality of postgraduate education has become the focus of scholars.This research through the systematic analysis of the quality of graduate education related research at home and abroad,the definition and combed the quality of graduate education,graduate education quality evaluation and the related concepts and theories of postgraduate education quality assurance,the analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the graduate education quality evaluation index system,and puts forward the tactics of improving the quality of graduate education in our country.This study is divided into six parts,the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the current graduate education background and research significance,and reviewed the domestic and foreign related research,determine the research question,and to find out the shortage of the existing research,explore the space needs further development and improvement.The second part mainly introduces the quality of graduate education and the education quality evaluation meaning,system evaluation theory basis.The third part mainly analyzes the factors influencing the quality of graduate education and the current problems existing in the graduate education quality evaluation.The fourth part construct the graduate education quality evaluation index system in our country.Determine the index system construction principles and ideas for the establishment of index set and indicators of screening,list of postgraduate education quality evaluation index system framework.The fifth part according to the principles of graduate education qualityevaluation index system,and based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,on the basis of fuzzy evaluation to management class comprehensive evaluation of graduate education quality,provide a new perspective of policy analysis for the development of graduate education.The sixth part aimed at improving the quality of graduate education evaluation system construction of the implementation of the recommendations.Evaluation from play a role of evaluation subject in colleges and universities,changing government function,promote the specialization of social evaluation,students participate in the evaluation of rights and pay attention to teacher's evaluation function five aspects are also proposed.
