The Appraisal System Of City Marathons Based On Intelligent Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

As one of the sporting events of track and field competition,the marathon is a traditional sport,which has made sustained development.City marathon as a sporting event,its measure should be objective and comprehensive.Thus scientific appraisal system is needed to analyze the effect of the event which can provide reference for similar sport events in the future and achieve maximum advantage while avoid unnecessary loss.In this paper,through the literature material method,mathematical statistics,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method to construct the marathon competition appraisal index system,then using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and MATLAB to weight the coefficients of various indexes of intelligent computing,the qualitative appraisal into quantitative appraisal,more scientifically integrates event every index,to establish a practical appraisal system for the city marathon.Appraisal system for the city marathon is divided into three parts:economic,social and environmental.The first level indicators include 11 parts,such as material management,event marketing and commercial risk;the second level indicators include 44 parts,such as race supplies,public bidding of sponsors and food&beverage;the third level indicators include 56 parts,such as stage&backdrop,equipment issue and food security.The quantitative results of indicators about the city marathon appraisal system which calculated by computer show that human resources management,material management and the event marketing are widely believed as the most significant parts for the success of city marathons.Under the limited-condition of resources,above indicators are supposed to be ensured first and foremost.Bottom three indicators in all levels are the event theme activities,resource consumption and environment situation;signs,mascots and photography collection project;the printing and distribution of volunteers' certificate,stage and backdrop are relatively have much more room to be improved.From these aspects,promoting the comprehensive level of city marathons will be more efficient.
