The secondary vocational school is an important position to train socialist workers,and the ideological and political course is the key course to cultivate morality and talents.It is of great significance to strengthen the education of labor view in the Ideological and political course of secondary vocational school.At present,the Party and the state attach great importance to the education of labor view,and put forward a series of new requirements for the education of labor view of Ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools.However,the current situation of labor view education in secondary vocational schools is not ideal.We need to further clarify the objectives and requirements,explore the actual situation,and put forward improvement measures,so as to further improve the effectiveness of labor view education in Ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools.By analyzing Marx’s and Engels’ s labor view and the labor view of the Chinese Communists,especially Xi Jinping,combining with the current labor education policy,from the three dimensions of ontology understanding,value identification and practical inclination,the requirements of labor education in secondary vocational school ideological and political education are divided into labor ontology,labor value and labor practice.According to the goal of labor view education,the questionnaire of secondary vocational school students’ labor view was formulated.By stratified random sampling,390 students from 3 grades of 4 secondary vocational schools in Linyi City were selected to carry out the questionnaire survey.From the survey results,we can see that secondary vocational school students as a whole have a relatively correct outlook on labor,but there are also some problems,such as unclear concept,inadequate understanding,low consciousness,and disconnection between theory and practice.In order to carry out more comprehensive and objective analysis and discussion,one teacher of Ideological and political course was selected from each of the four schools to conduct a semi-structured interview.It is found that the teachers of Ideological and political course could generally realize the important role of Ideological and political course in the education of labor view in secondary vocational schools,and think about some related problems,but they all consider that there are still many problems in the education of labor view in the ideological and political course of secondary vocational schools.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interview,the author found that there are the following problems in the labor view education of Ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools:the teaching objectives are lack of theoretical support,the teaching contents are not vivid enough,the teaching methods are rigid and monotonous,the evaluation system plays a limited role,and the collaborative education system has not yet formed,etc.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions:First,pay attention to the systematicness and hierarchy of teaching objectives,and further refine the objective requirements of labor ontology,labor value and labor practice from the three aspects of ideological understanding,emotional attitude and behavior tendency;Second,to enhance the timeliness and richness of teaching content,actively connect with the new curriculum standard of Ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools,actively face the new problems of students’ labor view,and timely supplement the new resources of labor view education;Third,to improve the applicability and effectiveness of teaching methods.We should adjust the overall teaching plan,clarify the essential requirements of topic based teaching,and strengthen the construction of Ideological and political teaching staff to promote the implementation of topic-based teaching.Fourth,we should strengthen the scientificity and guidance of the evaluation system,scientifically set the evaluation standard of labor view,constantly enrich the evaluation methods of labor view,and reasonably use the evaluation results of labor view.Fifth,we should create an educational environment conducive to the education of labor view,establish the concept of all-staff education,strengthen the cooperation of various disciplines,enrich students’ labor experience,and give full play to the role of campus culture education.
