| In recent years,under the background of implementing innovation-driven development strategy,entrepreneurship education,which aims to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship,has been favored by various countries and gradually introduced into higher education.At the same time,with the continuous development of economy,the relationship between supply and demand of talents has changed,and the employment pressure on graduates has intensified.Entrepreneurship to drive employment has become a hot topic of widespread concern in all sectors of society.Through related investigations and studies,it is found that entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province is currently in full swing,but it did not achieve the expected effect,and the quality of entrepreneurship education needs to be further improved.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the quality of entrepreneurship education is an important measure to deepen the reform of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,and is of great significance for optimizing entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Based on the CIPP evaluation model,this study uses literature research method and analytic hierarchy process method to construct the quality evaluation index system of entrepreneurship education in Shanxi Province,which includes four first-level indexes,ten second-level indexes and thirty-four third-level indexes.Taking Shanxi A University as a sample school,this paper analyzes the application of evaluation indicators,and concludes that the quality level of entrepreneurship education in this school is average,which is worthy of improvement in various aspects.In view of the existing problems,we should:(1)Improve the basic environmental facilities for entrepreneurship and create a good atmosphere for entrepreneurship education;(2)Increase investment in entrepreneurial resources to ensure the normal operation of entrepreneurship education;(3)Optimize the classroom system of entrepreneurship education and give play to the core role of entrepreneurship classroom;(4)Clarify the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and make up for the lack of entrepreneurship education four aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. |
