Promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation is an important support for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and an important way to further promote supply-side structural reform.Through the deconstruction and analysis of the characteristics of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,based on relevant theoretical research,a scientific,complete and suitable evaluation index system is established,and a generally applicable evaluation system of entrepreneurship education quality in Colleges and universities is constructed,in order to solve the hot and difficult problem of entrepreneurship education quality evaluation in the field of educational theory research and practical exploration.In order to enrich the content of entrepreneurship education quality research,CIPP model is introduced into entrepreneurship education quality evaluation.This paper uses CIPP model to deconstruct and analyze the quality of entrepreneurship education,and constructs a theoretical evaluation model.Based on the established evaluation theoretical model,it follows the principles of combining process evaluation index with result evaluation index,classroom teaching evaluation index with practice teaching evaluation index,objective evaluation index with subjective evaluation index,and establishes an evaluation index system for the quality of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities.Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process are selected to assign the weight of each index at all levels of the evaluation index system.Selecting W universities as evaluation samples and adopting the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper makes a case study on the quality of entrepreneurship education in W universities,and evaluates the quality level of entrepreneurship education in W universities.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of W universities and the corresponding current situation and characteristics of entrepreneurship education in provincial universities,this paper puts forward four strategies to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education,which are based on the environmental basis of entrepreneurship education,resource allocation,process action ability and achievement performance.
