The teaching quality of colleges and universities as a measure of school development success or failure of the key factors that determine t he vitality of institutions of higher learning. Department in charge of education, school and society all departments in institutions of higher learning and curriculum setting, teachers’ teaching level and students’ learning effect evaluation such as conte nt, called the teaching quality assessment in colleges and universities. Along with our country the development of the society, the current higher vocational institute of technology in higher education occupies the important position. Practice teaching is the characteristic of higher vocational and technical education, is also the important indicators of its teaching quality. In recent years, with the improvement of education level in our country, the development of higher vocational colleges have mushroomed, under the new situation, improve the quality of practice teaching to enhance the core competition of the school become every higher vocational colleges and education departments need to study the important issues. So, how to reasonable the practice teac hing quality. Comprehensive and accurate assessment, is must first solve the problem. There are many factors affecting the quality of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, what factors should be considered, which factors are important factors, w hich are secondary factors such as a series of problems need us to establish a complete, comprehensive and accurate practical teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, improve the theoretical system of practice teaching quality asse ssment in higher vocational colleges, as well as for related education department and the social from all walks of life to teaching quality assessment in higher vocational colleges. Practice teaching in the teaching of the higher vocational colleges, half the class teaching and teachers, but also directly related to the practical skills of graduates in higher vocational colleges, reasonable practical teaching quality evaluation management system not only can evaluate a school quality of teaching, but also for parents and students employment provide important choice basis of enterprise, has very important theoretical and practical significance.This article will practical teaching quality evaluation system in higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province as the research object, first of all to the practice of higher vocational colleges teaching quality, generalizes the research analysis to the current some higher vocational college this paper summarizes the status quo of the practice teaching quality evaluatio n analysis, on the basis of design the questionnaire and investigation interview, and according to the classic CIPP evaluation model of higher vocational college practical teaching quality assessment questionnaire was compiled. Through statistical methods of factor analysis to extract the secondary index factors, and the weight of index factor determined using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), in, respectively, to determine the level of the weight of index factor and secondary factor weights, finally drew up a more scientific, complete and comprehensive evaluation index system of higher vocational college practical teaching quality, the quality of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges rating index system of the implementation of the measures put forward feasible Suggestions and future direction.
