| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that at present,China’s economy is in a stage of rapid growth,and the main social contradictions have been transformed from the contradiction between the people’s increasing material and cultural needs and the backward social productivity to the people’s increasing needs and imbalances for a better life The contradiction between insufficient development.During this period of major historical reform,it is necessary to follow up and investigate various indicators of national economic development with the help of high-quality statistical systems and data.The labor force is an important support for economic development,and its employment quality,employment level,employment level,and unemployment rate are all closely related to the social stability of the country.However,due to the series of deficiencies in the current labor force survey data collection,data statistics,and quality control processes,there are m ore or less data distortion problems,coupled with the interference of internal and external factors in the survey system,to improve the quality of the survey,and urgently need to be resolved.This paper takes Huai’an labor force survey work quality as the research object,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method,combined with control theory,quality management theory,and comprehensive quality management theory,starting from three aspects of labor force survey to find out each The main problems in this aspect are analyzed,and the main factors resulting from the problems are analyzed,and then a plan for improving the quality of the labor force survey in Huaian City is proposed.The study found that the weakness of Huai’an labor force survey work runs through the entire management system.Under the guidance of quality management theory,this paper fully considers the internal environment and external system issues of the survey system,from data collection,survey funding,statistical laws and regulations,Survey system and other aspects to find their existing problems,and draw on the experience of USA,Canada,British and other regions,put forward a strategy to improve the quality of labor force surveys based on internal and external environments. |
