| With the gradual deepening of ageing, the issue of caring for the elderly is becoming a common problem for thousands of families and society. The current "trinity" system of home, community and institutional care has taken shape;the multi-dimensional elderly care system is based on "home and community" and supplemented by institutional care, with the responsibility of multiple parties being shared. On the one hand, the combination and implementation of different elderly care models has contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly;on the other hand, the many problems faced by elderly care services have gradually become a bottleneck limiting its further development,so it is important to explore the influence of different elderly care models on the satisfaction of life of the elderly and improve the quality of life of the elderly,in order to build a more mature elderly care service system suitable for the current development level. The article is based on the13 th Five-Year Plan.Based on the requirements and positioning of different elderly care models in the13 th Five-Year Plan and related reports, the article classifies the basic elderly care model, which includes family and community home care, and the supplementary elderly care model, which is institutional care, and analyzes the factors and specific effects of the two models on the satisfaction of elderly people’s lives; It also constructs the corresponding satisfaction role system through the explanatory structure(ISM)model, using the division of different levels of structural relationships to integrate the logical relationships and role paths of relevant influencing factors. The main findings are:(1)The results of the Multiclassification sequential logistic regression for the basic type of elderly care model show that the moral and financial support of children in the family elderly care model is still a significant influencing factor in enhancing satisfaction, and the spiritual and material provision of immediate family members is crucial;among the service indicators of the community elderly care model, the spiritual comfort category and home medical services positively and significantly contribute to the life satisfaction of the elderly, and this finding is in line with This finding is in line with the concept of active ageing and the integration of medical and health care services.(2)The results of the PSM model analysis on the "complementary" effect of institutional care showed that the effect of choosing the institutional care model on the life satisfaction of the elderly living alone ranged from 9.3% to 11.9%,with a significant increase in their satisfaction;the heterogeneity analysis further revealed that the elderly in the senior and urban areas were more likely to be satisfied than the elderly in the lower and rural areas. The heterogeneity analysis further yielded the conclusion that senior and urban older people are more likely to be satisfied in institutional care than younger and rural older people.(3)The distribution of the hierarchical factors obtained from the ISM model is as follows: the deep level factors include family support, health care and financial income, which provide the basic role respectively;the intermediate factors include community home and institutional aged care services, which link the upper level factors under the support of basic services;and the superficial factors include health and loneliness, which reflect the direct source of influence on the life satisfaction of the elderly. The relevant departments can start from the corresponding action paths, improve the service contents while combining the respective effects of the three major elderly care systems, and improve the construction of the elderly care system based on the overall action paths of the system, from the root to the surface in different levels,so as to promote the continuous improvement of the life satisfaction of the elderly groups. |
