| University infrastructure construction covers a wide range,especially in the construction of new campus,new stadiums and high level laboratories,from the approval of the project to the completion,it needs the cooperation of different construction subjects.Among them,the relationship between nodes is complex,the network trend is obvious and the network scale is huge,which brings severe challenges to the administrators of university infrastructure,because the person inside the incidence is blinded by the incidence.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of the management of university infrastructure construction to actively seek the visualization method of university infrastructure cooperation networks,reveal its basic structural characteristics and explore the influencing factors and formation mechanism behind the features.Different from the analysis and discussion of macro management methods such as the reform of university infrastructure archives management mode,the optimization of department organizational structure and internal financial audit,this study explores the structural features of university infrastructure cooperation networks and the mechanism of related influencing factors in a deeper level based on the social network theory and combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods.Firstly,crawler tools such as octopus and python are used to collect and sort out the bid winning information of 32 universities infrastructure projects,and social network analysis tool named UCINET is used to realize the visualization of the cooperation network.In addition,network density,connected component and node centrality are selected as network indicators to analyze the structural features of the cooperation network.The research finds that there are one or two core clusters in the cases,with other edge nodes distributed around the network,showing a clear hierarchical structure as a whole.Then,the proportion of CL and EN was selected as the clustering index.DBSCAN algorithm was used to cluster 32 case networks to verify the reliability of network structure features and obtain the proportion threshold of CL and EN.On this basis,network node attributes such as university level,city level,number of campus,newly built single project and active bid-winning unit are selected as explanatory variables to analyze the influencing factors of structural features of 32 university infrastructure cooperation network cases.Then,the number of core clusters and the network discreteness are selected as the result variables,which are quantified by the proportion thresholds of CL and EN that can divide cooperative networks into different categories.CsQCA is used to analyze the multiple concurrent causal relationship between the influencing factors and the structural features of university infrastructure cooperation networks.There are 12 different antecedent configurations.This paper discusses the formation mechanism of various cooperative network structure features presented by different configurations,including two kinds of single CL formation mechanism,four kinds of dual CL formation mechanism and two kinds of high centrality formation mechanism.Finally,based on the relevant conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to identify the features of cooperative network structure in the practice of university infrastructure management and how to exert the positive configuration effect of the influencing factors behind the cooperative network structure.In this study,the social network analysis tool and machine learning method are used to reveal the structural features of university infrastructure cooperation networks at the data level,and QCA is used to analyze the complex causal relationship between the influencing factors and structural features behind a large number of data,as well as the formation mechanism of structural features,which can break the "infrastructure closed circle" and illegal monopoly hidden behind the complex network.The relevant results provide a new research perspective for university infrastructure management,and have important practical significance for promoting the standardization of university infrastructure management. |
