Study On Establishing Assessment System Of Investment Risk Of University’s Infrastructure Projects And It’s Application

Since the end of last century, many universities began to build new campuses to meet the demand for lagre-scale hardware facilities derived from enrollment expansion. Under this background, the campus construction scale of the universities in many provinces of China is significantly improved. University infrastructure projects which is a huge system engineering occupies an important position in the development of the University. Construction period is long and construction scale is huge. The investment of university infrastructure projects effectively improve the education environment and education quality, but the phenomenon that the investment is out of control also exists. Investment efficiency is low. That results in a large number of financial, human and material loss and reduces the use efficiency of investment funds.The construction of university infrastructure projects face huge investment risk due to many factors, such as the natural environment, geological structure, economic policy and so on. The university who has been the main body of the investment reduces the investment efficiency because of lacking of experience of management and controlling investment risk. This has a greater negative impact on the development of universities. This paper attempts to build a scientific assessment system of investment risk to control the investment risk and improve the investment efficiency.
