Under the background of economic globalization,the competitive environment faced by urban water enterprise has become more complex in China. In order to overcome the lack of its own resources and ability, the Chinese urban water enterprise has to seek the cooperation way of complementary resources through optimizing their resource allocation by efficient channels, and then obtaining the core competitive advantage, but the efficient channel must rely on their own established social relations network. As Chinese urban water enterprises activity itself has been inserted into the social network, so their behavior and activities will be affected by the social network structure, therefore, the research based on social network has attracted attention of scholars.However, the existing literature research on networked cooperation of urban water enterprise in China has just started. Only limited literature has researched the urban water enterprise cooperation based on perspective of the social network. Based on qualitative analysis scholars tend to think that social network is the key to the survival and development of urban water enterprise in China;the development of urban water enterprise in China has entered into the phase of enterprise network cooperation; Nowadays the research on social network cooperation is not standard at all levels of the urban water enterprise, Therefore,there are a lot of space is worth us to explore. Therefore, this paper will explore the complicated relationships of urban water enterprise based on the perspective of social network, considering the impact of a series of actions of the social network structure characteristics in the process of cooperation, combined with the evolutionary game theory, studied the cooperation mechanism of urban water enterprise in China, including the urban water enterprise cooperation motivation mechanism, cooperation formation mechanism, self-organization learning mechanism and cooperation game process analysis, etc. and the specific research content is as follows:(1) Research on the multi-agent and their cooperation dynamic mechanism within social network about urban water enterprise in China. Firstly, we defined the concept of urban water enterprise in China and analyzed the economic characteristics of urban water enterprise based on the related economics theory. Secondly, the social network structure of urban water enterprise in China were qualitative analyzed (including urban water enterprise, universities or research institutions, urban water capital market intermediary service organizations, social public and the government department, etc.) Thirdly, multi-agents and the social network structure link mode of urban water enterprise in China were studied and discussed (including the core network, supporting network, external network), the interaction mechanism among agents in the core network layer, between the agents in the core network layer and the agents in the supporting network layer, as well as between the core network layer and the external network layer were also discussed in this paper, and then we explained the cooperation dynamic factors among multi-agents in the cluster innovation network from three aspects. Finally,the multi-agent cooperation dynamic mechanism of urban water enterprise in China were studied and discussed based on social network.(2) Research on cooperation formation mechanism of urban water enterprise in China under the perspective of social network. Firstly,we analyzed formation process of the urban water enterprise in China based on the perspective of complexity theory, Secondly, we constructed the formation model the society network about urban water enterprise in China, at the same time, we studied node degree change?connectivity degree distribution and small world features during the social network forming of urban water enterprise in China by using simulation tools. Finally, we analyzed the mutual influence of the group on the multi-agents decision among urban water enterprises in China, at the same time, we explored cooperation alliance formation mechanism of the urban water enterprise in China in the case of the mutual influence.(3) Research on the cooperation self-organizing learning mechanism among multi-agent of urban water enterprise. Firstly, We analyzed the causes of the cooperation self-organizing learning mechanism among the multi-agent of urban water enterprise.Secondly, we explored two kinds of self-organizing learning within the social network, internal network learning behavior of urban water enterprise (including the learning behavior of actors in the core network layer,the learning behavior between the core network layer and assisting network layer).external network earning behavior of urban water enterprise (the learning behavior between the internal network layer and external network layer). Finally,we studied the knowledge diffusion process in the process of self-organization learning based on the perspective of quantitative analysis,and we constructed the knowledge diffusion model based on social network, and then we explored the influence of social network structure on the knowledge diffusion of urban water enterprise by using simulation tools.(4) Research on the process of cooperative game among multi-agent of urban water enterprise in social network. Firstly, We analyzed the production of trust cooperation and its affecting factors of multi-agent of urban water enterprise in social network. Secondly, we constructed the differential cooperation game model among multi-agent of urban water enterprise in China, at the same time,we compared and analyzed the optimal strategy adopted by enterprises in social network and the corresponding optimal value function in case of cooperation innovation and independent innovation based on the perspective of multi-agent of urban water enterprise in social network. Finally, we studied evolution process of the cooperation among multi-agent of urban water enterprise in social network, and the game strategy choice during the evolution process, as well as the influence of enterprises' investment strategy on the enterprises' technology level of multi-agent of urban water enterprise in social network by using simulation tools.
