Study On The Influence Of Housing Ability To Migration Willingness Of Floating Population

With the deepening of the reform and opening up and the gradual development of the socialist market economic system,the number of domestic floating population has always been in a growing trend.According to the relevant data of the sixth census,the number of floating population in China has exceeded 247 million,accounting for 1/6 of the total population.With the substantial increase of the number of floating population,China’s urbanization has gradually accelerated,but because the basic pattern of the urban-rural dual structure has not changed,the settlement of this group in the city has been hindered.The National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)requires that by the end of the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the urbanization rate of China’s permanent residents should be around 60 percent,and that of the registered population should be around 45 percent.This makes the floating population in the city residence and residence registration migration of the citizenization is particularly important.Housing is the basic condition for the floating population to live and work in cities,and it is an important guarantee for the floating population to live and work in cities.However,since 1998,the housing price has increased almost simultaneously with the urbanization rate.Many cities have the problem of high housing price,and the problem of the lack of housing affordability of the floating population has become more and more serious.In this article,in order to further analysis of housing affordability is the will of the floating population migration,as well as the influence degree,the size of the migration intention in this paper,divided into two types,the first type is residence,urbanization of the second type is a will,at the same time with the method of empirical analysis to explore which factors will both of the floating population migration will impact,this new type in our country under the background of rapid urbanization policy implementation has important practical significance.In addition to housing affordability,previous studies have shown that the residence intention and citizenization intention of floating population in cities are affected by many factors,such as education level,marriage,migration time and so on.In this article,through carding on the theory of the floating population,comparing domestic and foreign scholar’s research results and the empirical analysis method,in 2017 the national family planning dynamic monitoring of the floating population health survey data based on this,combined with the binary Logistic model,adopt the method of stepwiseregression,with housing capacity to pay for the new starting point,studies the individual characteristics,flow characteristics,working characteristics of four categories,a total of 13 variable residence will and urbanization of the floating population will influence whether and how the influence degree significantly.The empirical results show that the housing affordability of the floating population has a significant positive impact on the two migration intentions of the floating population.For each unit of housing affordability after standardization,the possibility of residence willingness of the floating population will increase by 0.242 times,and the possibility of citizenization will increase by 0.185 times.On the whole,the floating population’s willingness to live in the city is much higher than the willingness to become a citizen,which is more obvious in the rural-urban floating population of the rural household registration.In the 102,319 valid samples studied in this paper,the floating population with rural household registration,married,older age,higher education level,longer mobile time,larger mobile scope,mobile due to business,social security participation,employment status as an employer,and housing provided by the unit has a stronger residence intention.From the perspective of citizenization intention,the floating population who are male,married,with higher education level,older age,longer mobile time,smaller mobile range,working in state-owned enterprises or institutions,working as an employer,not participating in social security,living in housing properties of self-built and self-bought,and others have stronger citizenization intention.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions:further improve the reform of the household registration system,seek effective channels for realizing the outflow rights and interests of the rural-urban floating population,realize the equalization of public services,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the floating population;To improve the housing affordability of the floating population by various means,and to guide the reasonable flow of population by taking advantage of the housing affordability according to the city.We will establish a multi-level housing rental market based on the market,and improve the government-subsidized housing supply system with the government playing a leading role.Strengthen the employability of the floating population and improve the quality of employment.
