Study backdrop and object: 3-6 years old is a vital part of children’s motor skills development and cognitive development.Horizontal cross practice is beneficial to children’s physical coordination and cognitive development.This research is based on the laws of children’s motor skills development and cognitive development.Design methods and means of cross-practice appropriate to facilitate children’s gross motor skills and executive functions.Research method: Two groups of control experiment design was used to recruit 245 children aged 3-6 years from 2 infantschools in Beijing.Among them,126 children were in the experimental group,with an average age of 4.52±0.86 years,an average height of 110.88±6.05 cm,and an average weight of 19.36±2.98.kg,average BMI 15.63±1.49 kg/m2;control group119 children,average age 4.04±1.12 years,average height 108.78±6.79 cm,average weight 19.28±3.51 kg,average BMI 16.22±1.53 kg/m2.The experimental group performed horizontal crossover exercises 3 times a week,30 minutes for the large class and middle class,20 minutes for the3-4 youngchindren,and Two and a half months of practice.The control group was Keep the same activities as before without intervention measures.Use Test Gross Motor Development second edition(TGMD-2)for gross motor skills test,NIH-Toolbox software for executive function test,and British GENEActiv watch-type accelerometer for physical activity test.Use SPSS 20.0 software for Processing the data.resluts of the research:(1)After the experiment,the total score of children’s gross motor skills test in the large class of the experimental group increased by 40.06%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by19.8%.After the experiment,the total score of children’s gross motor skills in the experimental group was 14.93% higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the total score of the experimental group’s gross motor skills in the middle class increased by 46.97%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by 29.51%.The toting points of gross motor skills of the children in the experimental group was 22.59% higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);the total score of the test of gross motor skills in the small class of the experimental group increased by 75.13%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by 41.31%.After the experiment,the experimental group The total score of gross motor skills of children in the small class was 32.36% higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(2)After the intervention experiment,the total executive function test score of the children in the big class of the experimental group increased by 15.9%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by 10.16%.the points of the children in the big class of the experimental group was 6.5% higher than the control group(P <0.05);the total executive function test score of the experimental group in the middle class increased by 21.41%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by 5.25%.After the experiment,the total score of the middle class children in the experimental group was 15.8%higher than the control group(P<0.01)The total executive function test score of the experimental group increased by 29.64%(P<0.01),and the control group increased by 8.34%.After the experiment,the total executive function score of the small class children in the experimental group was 25.1% higher than the control group(P<0.01).(3)the amount of high-intensity physical activity and light-intensity physical activity of the children in the large,middle and small experimental sets were obviously more than those of the control children(P<0.01).conclusions:(1)Lateral cross practice can effectively improve the development level of 3-6 year old children’s gross motor skills;in middle and small classes,lateral cross practice improves object control skills more than it improves body movement skills.(2)Horizontal cross exercises can significantly improve the development of executive function of children aged 3-6 years,and the development of executive function of small class children is the largest.(3)The horizontal cross exercise based on kindergarten can effectively improve the level of medium and high-intensity physical activity of 3-6 year old children.
