On the basis of traditional rope skipping and modern elements,modern rope skipping has developed into a competitive,ornamental and entertaining sport.It has been on the world rope skipping Championships,Asian rope skipping Championships,national rope skipping Championships and other stages for many times.However,in terms of overall strength,although China’s rope skipping speed event is known as "China’s speed",it has become an important part of the national rope skipping Championships,But in the aspect of pattern projects,China is still in its infancy,and there is still a big gap with other developed countries.There are many reasons for this gap.In order to improve the overall level of the rope skipping team,the coach is an important factor that can not be ignored.As the leading core of rope skipping training team,the coach’s teaching ability has a great influence on the training,management and competition results of rope skipping team.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a set of evaluation index system on the teaching ability of pattern rope skipping coaches.On the one hand,it can enrich and improve the theoretical system of rope skipping,promote the development of pattern rope skipping coaches to a more professional,scientific and healthy direction,and also provide reference for rope skipping management departments to select excellent coaches.This study uses the methods of literature research,expert interviews and their own understanding of the characteristics of rope skipping to determine the construction principle of the original index and index system of rope skipping coach’s teaching ability.Delphi method is used to screen the original index for 2-3 rounds,and spss20 and excel are used to process the index score data to get the evaluation index of rope skipping coach’s teaching ability The analytic hierarchy process constructs the index model,compares the judgment matrix of the two indexes,obtains the index weight,analyzes the index combined with the investigation and Research on the current situation of the teaching ability of the pattern rope skipping coaches,obtains the final index system and carries on the example application analysis,in order to provide the theoretical reference for the rope skipping management department to select the professional rope skipping coaches,and can provide the better development of rope skipping And inheritance of rope skipping culture to contribute their own strength.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The meaning of the coaching ability of the pattern skipping coaches:the coaching ability of the pattern skipping coaches refers to the training ability,teaching ability,organization and management ability,scientific research and innovation ability possessed by the trainers.Specifically,the pattern skipping coaches can teach students in accordance with their aptitude through scientific selection,according to the characteristics of different athletes,and can make a careful training plan and be familiar with the pattern skipping The technical characteristics of each event,can complete the rope skipping training objectives and master a variety of training methods,at the same time,can carry out competition guidance and on-site command,music editing and creative arrangement combined with other events,etc.,which will help athletes to better play the level of ability in the competition.2.The construction principles of the evaluation index system of the coaching ability of pattern skipping coaches include: comprehensive principle,scientific principle,typical principle,hierarchical principle,comparable principle and accuracy principle.3.The evaluation index system of pattern rope skipping coach’s teaching ability: including one first level index of teaching ability;Seven secondary indexes are training ability,teaching ability,organization and management ability,and 41 tertiary indexes are training ability,teaching ability,self-learning and improvement ability.4.Teaching ability,training ability,organization and management ability and other seven secondary indicators have a great influence on improving the coaching level of rope skipping coaches;in the secondary indicators,according to the total ranking of indicators,the top three are teaching ability,training ability,organization and management ability,and in the third indicators,the top three are the ability to correct wrong movements,the ability to select athletes,and the ability to explain and demonstrate Ability5.By using the evaluation index system to analyze and verify the coaches,it proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the index system,which can be used as a theoretical reference for rope skipping department to select professional coaches..
