| In Preschool Education,the main source of guidance for child discipline is the kindergarten,where the guidance is mainly given by the kindergarten teachers,in the context of the state’s strong advocacy to raise the professional level of the child discipline,are Kindergarten teachers able to carry out child discipline instruction smoothly? What is the kindergarten teacher’s ability to guide the child discipline and whether it can provide parents with scientific and effective guidance? What are the problems that need to be improved and promoted in the process of kindergarten teachers’ ability? These issues have also become the main content that this article wants to discuss.Therefore,this article uses the questionnaire survey method,understands the kindergarten teacher child discipline instruction ability present situation,from four aspects:self-learning Ability,design and organization ability,communication ability,cooperation ability,and according to the status of the ability to analyze and propose future direction of efforts,in order to reflect the degree of specialization of kindergarten teachers’ child discipline.The results of the survey show that the kindergarten teachers in general have a good ability of cooperation in child discipline guidance,and can cooperate well with other teachers,families and kindergartens,and according to the kindergarten’s various guidance requirements for child discipline guidance work.But in the autonomous learning ability,the design and the organization ability,the communication ability the level is not good,in the autonomous learning ability the teacher’s specialized knowledge grasps has the deficiency,the autonomous learning initiative is low;In the design and the organization ability the teacher’s personalized instruction ability lacks,lacks the good innovation way method,follows the convention not to realize the Child Child Discipline Instruction the importance;Although teachers have good ability of expression and understanding in communication,they often fail to respond to parents’ educational requests in a timely and effective manner.Therefore,the teacher should make personal development plan,enrich the form of class child discipline,strengthen the close communication with parents and realize self-improvement.On the other hand,kindergartens should establish a certain incentive system,do a good job of pre-job training related to child discipline guidance,and set up a child discipline to give teachers support,so as to improve kindergarten teachers’ child discipline guidance ability,in order to improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers’ child discipline guidance. |
