From the perspective of teachers ' professional development,the development of novice preschool teachers ' teaching ability is especially important,and it plays an important role in the course of teachers ' professional development.However,due to the lack of practical experience in teaching,kindergarten novice teachers generally have some problems,such as weak teaching cognitive ability and lack of innovation in teaching design ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the present situation and problems of kindergarten novice teachers' teaching ability,and to improve the teaching ability of kindergarten novice teachers and promote their professional growth.This research mainly uses the adaptation questionnaire "The kindergarten teacher teaching ability present situation survey" as the research tool.The questionnaire has a good reliability and validity,including 30 topics,covering six dimensions of teaching ability of preschool teachers:teaching cognition,design,operation,regulation,evaluation and reflective ability.By using random sampling method,300 novice teachers and mature teachers in XI ' an city were selected as research subjects to understand the present teaching ability of novice kindergarten teachers,and the data were processed through SPSS20.0.Research results show that the teaching ability of kindergarten novice teachers mainly has the following problems:(1)Cognitive ability:the understanding and mastery of preschool education documents is not enough,the lack of understanding of children's personality and existing learning level of keen observation,analysis and treatment of teaching materials,lack of timely diagnosis and prevention of children's mental health sensitivity;(2)Design capability:lack of initiative to compile and design children's games;(3)Operational capacity:singing and dancing,such as the lack of discipline skills;(4)Regulatory capacity:the ability of classroom teaching atmosphere of inadequate control,the absence of emergency contingency skills;(5)Evaluation capacity:Evaluation lacks pertinence and stays on the surface;(6)Reflective ability:Reflective content is not comprehensive,reflective way of traditional single.According to the results of the investigation and interview,this paper puts forward the strategies of improving the teaching ability of novice teachers.From the three aspects of novice teachers,pre-service educational institutions and kindergartens:(1)The novice teachers pay attention to the teaching ability self-improvement;(2)improving the curriculum of talent training for preschool teachers ' pre-service education institutions;(3)Kindergartens pay attention to the development of novice teachers ' teaching ability.We hope to promote the development of kindergarten novice teachers ' teaching ability through these three aspects.This study is divided into five chapters.Chapter One introduces the reason,significance,definition of the topic and the related research summarization of the teaching ability of preschool teachers.The second chapter is the design of this study,which introduces the research aim,research content,research object,research methods,research tools and data processing.The third chapter presents the present situation of kindergarten novice teachers ' teaching ability,and analyzes the present situation of kindergarten novice teachers ' teaching ability from the overall situation and six dimensions.The fourth chapter mainly aims at the questionnaire survey and the interview result in-depth analysis kindergarten novice Teacher teaching ability present situation existence question and the reason.In the fifth chapter,the conclusions and suggestions are expounded and the suggestions for improving the teaching ability of kindergarten novice teachers are proposed.
