| Primary school students’ physical health is an important cornerstone of national development and social progress.At present,the overall decline of primary school students’ physical health level is not optimistic,which has become the focus of attention of the whole society.This paper takes the test data of some primary school students in ten districts of Shenyang as the research object,collects the physical health test data of the three years from 2017 to 2019,analyzes the current situation and weaknesses of the physical health of primary school students in Shenyang by mathematical statistics,and explores the law of the physical health development of primary school students in Shenyang.On the basis of the current situation and weakness of primary school students’ physical health in Shenyang,this paper takes some primary school PEteachers,parents and primary school students as the investigation objects,and finds out the influencing factors of primary school students’ physical health weakness in Shenyang through questionnaire survey,field visits and expert interviews,so as to put forward feasible ways to improve.Schools and education departments can take scientific and reasonable measures according to the results of actual research,reference to the conclusion of the weak factor analysis and improvement of this study,combined with the actual situation,give full play to the key role in promoting students’ physical health,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of school students’ physical health work.Results:1.From 2017 to 2019,the physical health test results of primary school students in Shenyang are generally stable,but there are a small amount of fluctuations.The increase in obesity rate of girls and the decrease in 50m×8 scores can explain the comprehensive level of physical health of primary schools in Shenyang to a certain extent.By analyzing the sample mean,standard deviation coefficient,pass rate and good rate,it can be considered that BMI value and 50 meter running are the common weak items of students from lower grades to higher grades.The weak item of difference is manifested in the lower grade students’ rope skipping.Middle school students sit up as weak.Senior students run 50 meters×8 round trips and sit in front of a weak item.2.In the analysis of the weak factors in the physical health test of primary school students,it can be considered that the weak factors in physical form are the amount of teachers’ class hours,the number of students in the class,the intensity of physical education curriculum,the number of physical activity courses,the teaching age,the safety of school physical education,after-school independent exercise,parents’ support,curriculum cancellation,school attitude and students’ enthusiasm.The weak factors of physical quality are the amount of class hours,the number of students in the class,the proportion of teaching time,the intensity of physical education curriculum,the number of physical education courses,the number of physical education courses,the teaching age,the construction of school sports area,facilities and indoor area,the use of sports facilities,school sports safety,self-exercise after class,parental support,curriculum cancellation,curriculum difficulty and students ’ enthusiasm.Since the physical function is non-weak,it is not discussed.3.In the attribution analysis of the weak factors of pupils ’ physical health test,the lack of executive power of management policy,the confusion of education management,and the bad atmosphere of society and family are the causes of the weak factors affecting pupils’ physical health test.4.In analyzing and proposing ways to improve pupils’ physical health,we should from five aspects.First,the government should play a guiding role in pupils’ physical health and improve the government management system.Second,family should play a cornerstone role in the physical health of primary school students,cultivate the concept of family literacy.Third,schools should play the main role in primary school students’ physical health,correct school health attitude.Fourth,the society should play an environmental role in the physical health of primary school students and transform the atmosphere of public opinion.Fifth,play the catalytic role of science and technology,reasonable use of sports strategy and technical means.Coordinate and work together to promote the harmonious and orderly development of pupils’ physical health. |
