Research On Strategies Of Improving The Level Of Archives Informatization In Colleges And Universities In Henan Province

Big data,Internet of Things,Cloud computing,Artificial intelligence and other technologies have brought great changes to archival work.In June 2020,the newly revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China added a special chapter on "Archives Informatization Construction",which emphasizes its importance and points out the direction for the construction of archives informatization.The archives departments of colleges and universities should follow the requirements of the new "archives law",do a good job in the construction of archives informatization,and improve the level of archives informatization.Based on the information ecosystem theory,this paper constructs an analytical framework for the informatization construction of university archives from the four elements of subject,intermediary,object and environment,and selects some universities in Henan Province and Jiangsu Province to investigate the current situation of the informatization construction of archives.According to the investigation results,the author analyzes the main elements,intermediary elements,object elements and environmental elements,elaborates the existing problems in the informatization construction of archives in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies based on the analysis framework of the informatization construction of archives in colleges and universities.This paper is composed of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the relevant concepts of university archives informatization,the research review at home and abroad,the innovation points and difficulties of the research,etc;The second part draws on the information ecosystem theory to construct the analysis framework of university archives informatization construction from the four elements of subject,intermediary,object and environment,and analyzes the function relations among each element;The third part makes a concrete analysis of the survey results,and analyzes the present situation of the informatization construction of the sample universities’ archives in Henan and Jiangsu provinces;The fourth part from the main level,the intermediary level,the object level,the environment level detailed analysis of the existing problems in the university archives information construction;The fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the previous article,puts forward some promotion strategies for the informatization construction of archives in colleges and universities,such as perfecting the organization of archives in colleges and universities,optimizing the construction of archives management software,improve electronic archives information resources,and strengthening the guarantee of archives informatization in colleges and universities,in order to provide reference for the development of archives informatization in colleges and universities;The sixth part summarizes the whole article and looks forward to the related research topics of archives informatization construction in colleges and universities.The informatization construction of archives in colleges and universities is a grand systematic project,which needs the coordination of all parties.With the rapid development of archives work in the new era,the work of colleges and universities is changing towards the direction of wisdom.The archives departments of colleges and universities should do a good job in the informatization construction of archives in colleges and universities,keep pace with the times and do a good job in the transformation and upgrading of archives work,so as to better play the role of archives management and education in colleges and universities,and promote the new development of archives work in colleges and universities.
