| The archives of colleges collect and preserve a large number of academic curriculum teaching and scientific research resources and information,and collect a large number of excellent scientific,artistic and cultural achievements.The archives of colleges have a higher value of technical development.Colleges archives has been more and more backward,cannot satisfy the needs of colleges and society.The progress of archive work in colleges is not only conducive to improving the image of colleges,but also promoting the continuous improvement of the public cultural service system.This paper first analyzes the definition of archives management and archives management in colleges,and introduces the application of synergetics,e-government and process reengineering in college archives management.Then taking Zunyi Normal University as an example,introduces the situation of archives management and summarizes the current situation of archives management in colleges in China.Finally,through the statistics and analysis of the survey data,the problems existing in the archives management of domestic colleges and their causes are obtained.This paper points out the way to realize the idea is to innovate the collection mode of archives and adjust the structure of archives.Innovate the archives management mode,promote the digital construction;Innovate the mode of archives service,update the concept of archives service,and expand the channels of archives service. |
