With the rapid development of modern computer network technology,the management of universities has also entered the era of information management.And how to effectively use modern network technology and database technology to improve the information level of students' status file management system,has become a hot spots of many scholars study now.The management of student information files is an indispensable part of every university.The content it contains is very important for every university.Therefore,it's necessary to develop a school archive management system which can provide accurate information and quick query means for adminnistrators of colleges and universities.This system can simplify the work of manual management of student records in the past,and it can also make the file management work more efficient,safe and effective.It can also reduce the workload of the staff and improve its work efficiency.The university students' status file management system researched in this thesis is a comprehensive student status file management system.The design of the system is an important information system for the management of the university status files on the basis of the B / S architecture system and the C / S architecture system.The design of the system mainly adopts Delphi and Myeclipse as the development tools.In addition,it selects SQL Server 2008 to achieve the management of the user information as well as the storage and reference of relevant data from students' status files.In this system,it not only designs the information management function modules of students,classes,specialties,and colleges,but also adds the multi-function modules,including the management module of academic records,the module of student PDF electronic file information management,etc.it can view,modify,and increase the student's relevant information as well as the information of their colleges,specialties,and classes.This system designs to add the automatic generation module of students' English academic records.The design of this function can generate and print students' English academic records automatically in a more quick way,which can not only reduce the workload of the manual translation staff in the past,but also improve the accuracy and efficiency of English translation.In addition,this system can import paper files scanned into electronic files into the database.Namely,it can preserve theoriginal paper file digitally,which not only facilitates the inquiry of the paper file information,but also effectively improves the defects in the management of the paper file.The design of the system is easy for the developer to maintain and expand.Except that,its operation is simple with high usability.
