Childhood is the fastest growing period of human beings.During this period,the factors that affect the development of mind,mind,intelligence and intelligence cannot be ignored.Nowadays,in the full swing of national fitness,special children groups are neglected to some extent.The society and parents pay too much attention to the development of children’s intelligence and professional literacy,but there is no research on it.The development of children’s physical health and sports methods can attract people’s attention.The fact is that in children,proper physical exercise will not affect the development of children,but will promote the rapid growth of children’s physical function.Preschool children are in the early stage of life development,various tissues and organs are in the basic stage of their development,and are effective periods to increase children’s endurance.The aim of this study is to improve the physical quality of children,and to carry out physical exercises through 8 weeks of physical training course experiments for children,and at this stage,to find appropriate scientific training measures for preschool children aged 5-6.It provides children with comprehensive physical and mental health..This paper establishes a fitness course model for preschool children aged 5 to 6years old,and takes Changchun mountain sports center as the research object,and studies the influence of 50 preschool children aged 5 to 6 years old.Physical fitness experiment course for children.Specific impact of the objectives.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Before and after the physical fitness class experiment,eight fitness indexes were tested respectively,which were the height,weight,feet,one foot of closed eyes,continuous jump,25 m fast running,standing long jump,orthopedics and sitting posture bending.Data is built.25 subjects in the experimental group received a total of 8 weeks of physical exercise,and 25 in the control group received training in the original training course in the training center.The results showed that the physical education of the children in the experimental group could provide scientific basis for the health education of preschool children aged 5 to 6 years old.The results are as follows:1.According to the theoretical basis of physiology and psychology,it is a more scientific and effective method,suitable for preschool children,and draws lessons from the development experience of foreign fitness courses,from four aspects:objective,principle,content and evaluation.Course model.Age 5-6 has been developed..2.In the case of fitness course experiment,there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group(P)0.05 in the data test before training,and the two data groups had research significance.The focus of children’s fitness training is coordination,balance and speed,while endurance and strength are the auxiliary methods to improve the body shape and endurance of children aged 5-6.3.The results of data test before and after training were compared.The height,weight,closed eyes,one foot,standing and long jump,supporting of two feet and bending forward were compared in the experimental group(P < 0.05),but there were differences(P < 0.01).After 8 weeks of experimental test,the conclusion shows that the weight and height of children meet the research requirements,and the performance of the experimental group in the detection of various characteristics is significantly better than that of the control group,which is very important in the study.It has a significant impact on improving your endurance.4.The data collected in the control group showed that the body movement before and after sitting was completed,and the difference was significant before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in body weight,continuous jumping of feet,closed eyes,single foot,25 m fast running,standing long jump and two hand support index(P > 0.05).It reflects that the physical exercise process has a good effect on coordination,balance,speed,endurance,strength,etc.5.After each test,there were significant differences in walking height,weight,closed eyes,one foot and two hands between the experimental group and the control group.The control group.The feet were jumping continuously,25 m fast,long jump,forward bending,etc.The difference between the indexes was very large(P < 0.01).The training of fitness course is the basis of ensuring the healthy development of children’s fitness in China.Children’s health can have a huge impact on balance,explosive power and endurance.
